We went in the busiest time of the year and had so much fun took pictures with grinch and had fun listening to DJ playing alittle bit of everything and shopped over am a great day!!!

I want to compliment an employee in the Lancôme Cosmetic counter. Her name is Marissa and shes an amazing clerk for your store and has helped me over the years. She's worked with me over the phone ordering cosmetics and I finally met her today in the store.
Very impressed with her!

i only stopped in after work to get the perfume my girlfriend had been wanting. i cant really say much about the other departments but the store was very clean and easy to navigate. what really stood out was the person in sales, lesa r. she was very knowledgeable and knew exactly which perfume i was looking for even though i stupidly forgot to write it down. she had such a good attitude and was so nice and polite. and funny! prices are normal from what i learned but the real stand out here was my sales lady, hands down. if i could give her more than 5 stars i would!

Trina in shoes is a 10!!! She was so pleasant and helpful. She made my day with her beautiful smile! Even though I bought women’s clothing she took care of me and rang up my purchases while making conversation.

I found a dress for a wedding in like 40 min. The young lady was very kind. Answered all our questions. But...her manager or whatever, came over in the middle of our conversations and started to belittle her about forgetting to relieve someone for their break. The young lady wasn't aware of her schedule for that relief. It was in very poor taste for the manager to interrupt our conversation. Very rude

Fantastic purchase in children's department with employee Diane, around Easter. A smiling face was so could to see these days. Thank you Diane for your assistance.

This macy's is smaller and the fitting rooms could use an renovation, but service is everything to me and every employee smiled at on me on the way through, which gives them 5 stars in my book.

I love this store! Can't believe the prices on some things. They're so low & I can get so much. Also, all the people who work here are so nice & helpful. I've never had a bad experience here & I've been a customer for years.

The Black Gentleman that worked the register was very professional and helpful. He had great customers service skills. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for.

I got a 5 pcs. Lugage set for 65% off ($70.00). I bought the same brand TAG 14 years. Ago and still functional.

Super convenient. Right on 30, online orders are picked up on the east side of the building. Walk right in and you're set. Good prices when things are on sale or clearance. Staff is friendly, store is clean. What else do you want?
