I have been going to Burlington Pet Hospital for 20 years. The doctors, Ben and Yvonne Kordenbrock, are the absolute best!

Always patient, never rushes me out of the exam room until all my questions and concerns have been addressed.

Very knowledgeable, compassionate and truly kind individuals. I recently had to put my 16 year old cat to rest. Mr. Kordenbrock made the most difficult situation easier for me by his explanation of what was happening, how it will happen and what to expect as Buddy breathed his last breath.

The office staff coordinated the cremation and called us when the cremains were ready for pick-up.

The doctors and staff sent a signed card expressing sympathy for my loss and made a donation in Buddy's name to a veterinary college.

These small acts of kindness is but one example of the kind of doctors, kind of humans, they are.

I will not trust my animals to anyone but these two excellent doctors.
I want the best care for my dog, Bart and they deliver quality care every.single.time! Also, Bart doesn't mind going to the vet - He knows the doctor will give me a healthy snack while he is being examined.

The cost for flea and tick medicine is at their cost - So there is no need for me to shop anywhere online, or in-store for a cheaper alternative.

The office staff is always pleasant, always helpful, always friendly. They are very organized and greets my dog by his name.

Been taking our dogs here for more than 15 years. Our newest pup just had a successful spay. I attribute her quick and uneventful recovery to the team at Burlington Pet Hospital.

I only have good to say about this place,,Dr.Kordenbrock is wonderful, he explains everything into detail, we've been going here for years, he just knows what he's talking about, and we fully trust him with our furnabies!!

They take their time when explaining diagnosis and treatments, and answers all our questions. When 2 of our dogs passed away of old age, they showed us great compassion. We will never take our pets anywhere else.

Over the years, we have had great experiences at Burlington Pet Hospital. We are treated like family each visit. Appointments always run on time. Our pets always receive a comprehensive evaluation. The doctors are compassionate, and they take the time to explain all matters of pet care. I highly recommend this practice to others.

My first visit, staff was so friendly and helpful! And although I could only speak with the vet via phone, he explained everything going on with my pet! And topping on the cake? Great prices, felt like I could provide my pet with great care and not have to empty my account!! Highly recommended! My new vet!

We absolutely love Burlington Pet Hospital! The staff are so sweet and make us feel like a member of the family when we are there. Our puppy, Cargo, gets excited when we pull in the parking lot and gets lots of love and attention when he's there. Can't recommend them highly enough!

We have been coming to Burlington Pet Hospital for over a year since our dog was just 10 weeks old. The doctors are both so amazing and gentle! They also take a lot of time to explain what they are doing and what pills/procedures will take place. My dog absolutely loves the doctors, medical assistants and front staff! Dr Kordenbrock always takes wonderful care of our dogs and cats. My in-laws began taking their cats to Burlington Pet Hospital over 20 years ago. Now 5 other members of the family all take our dogs and cats to Dr Kordenbrock. The staff is always friendly. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Excellent care and excellent staff.

We have been using Burlington Pet Hospital since we moved here five years ago. Our cats have received top notch care. Dr Kordenbrock is excellent with our cats. Whether it’s wellness care or dental work, they are excellent. When we had to put one down this year, they sent a donation to Auburn University. The card we received from Auburn touched us with its sensitivity. We highly recommend Burlington Pet Hospital.

I just transferred from my former vet to Burlington Pet Hospital. A transfer I should have done long ago for many reasons. They have seen two of my six cats and have detected issues right away that had not been detected in the past. They have been wonderful in providing the best care for them. Very thorough and would highly recommend them. So happy my cats are now in the care of Burlington Pet Hospital.

Burlington Pet Hospital has always been there to care for my pets from opening up on their day off to check over my dog that had been lost when my parents had a traffic accident, to caring for my cat that was born with a heart defect and is still going 15 years later. Dr Ben & Dr Yvonne are not just pet doctors, they are pet owners who understand my attachments to my mini family members. Their service, care and understanding and that of their staff like longtime receptionist Jennifer are outstanding.

We took our dog in for a thorough check-up after he was initially treated at the Wilder Emergency Pet Hospital after a collapse. The staff at Burlington received Lincoln on time and were very attentive to his particular needs and handled his high anxiety very well. He was thoroughly checked out and prescribed the proper medications. They explained his treatment course clearly and were attentive to our questions and concerns.
We have gone to Burlington Pet Hospital previously and they are now our primary choice. The service and staff have always been top-notch for us.

Fit us in with barely a day's notice after a different vet told us our 9 year old bulldog was essentially dying of cancer and offered no treatment for her breathing trouble. Dr. K. did a full exam, retook x-rays and treated what turned out to be bronchial pneumonia (fully treatable bronchial pneumonia, not cancer). Thorough and excellent care, concern for my pup, and great communication.

Dr. Ben has been the best vet we have ever had for our girls. He really takes his time and does throrough exams. His wife also practises here and she is excellent as well. We owe Dr. Ben our gratitude for keeping our dogs so healthy. We love him dearly. The office staff is so sweet too.

I have been using Burlington Pet Hospital for almost 30 years. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. They are the BEST! Drs. Kordenbrock are thorough and always explain and take plenty of time with their patients. I used to say I wish I could find a pediatrician this good for my children. I have complete confidence in them. And their staff is outstanding!

Both Dr. Kordenbrocks (husband and wife vets) are awesome! They always take the time to explain things thoroughly and genuinely care about my cats. The office staff and assistants are great, too. An all-around wonderful place to take your animals!
