Consistently good experiences at this location. They guys behind the counter are always helpful, and the store is usually well stocked.

There have been many times I've been working on cars and needed hard to find parts in a hurry that no other auto parts store around me could get including AutoZone parts plus advance etc. The staff here is great always helpful I highly recommend their service they have been Superior over the other parts stores near me I recently had a employee stay 6 minutes after he was supposed to clock out because he was in the middle of a transaction with me trying to find a rubber o-ring he found the o-ring for me which was for a mustang and the crossed referenced part number was listed in the system for a Nissan I can't explain that but I can tell you that no other parts store could get this for me when I needed it without ordering it online great job thanks for the help

I only stopped here because they have a catchy theme song, good service, and better prices.

After what was already a long day, my daughter was practicing her parallel parking at the building next to your place to prepare for her driving test that was coming up… I knew my car was losing oil and I had been very good about checking it but in the past couple weeks I have not. And I have been doing allot of driving. So while practicing, my car starts to smoke and overheat and I knew immediately what it was because like I said, I have not been paying attention like I should have been. We parked, and I walked over to O’Reilly’s and was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help. I told him that I needed oil and he asked me if I knew what kind and I told him and he told me what aisle to go in to get it. After bringing the oil up to the register and a funnel, he questioned me about what car I had because he wanted to make sure I was getting the right oil. And I’m glad he did because I was not getting the right oil so he went back and got me the right one. My oil lid is always kind of difficult to open, just because of the placement of it but I always get it open. This time I could not. My daughter and I tried repeatedly to get it open and we could not, standing outside in the dark, and it was lightly raining. So I finally gave up and went back in to O’Reilly’s just to see if I could buy some pliers or some kind of tool that could get this open. I was once again greeted immediately and asked how I could be helped. ( this Time by a different gentleman.) then the gentleman that helped me before walked up. There was also two other men there that listened to my story, and one of them said that he was a manager, there, and before I could even say that I was just trying to buy a tool that I could get it open with, he immediately offered to go out and help me. I cannot express to you enough, first off how grateful I was for Help to be offered so freely, and they were honestly concerned about helping me, the helpfulness and kindness they showed me tonight really touched my heart and I hope everyone at that store really knows how much I appreciate all of them. My car is completely fine after they helped me out. And I have all of you to thank. I can promise you, you have a loyal customer from here on out. I hope the people above you read this and realize what absolutely amazing people that they have. thank you again.

Dusty at the Burlington Pike store in KY was absolutely awesome today. I went in for a new steering wheel cover and for the life of me, I couldn't get the darn thing on lol I came back up to the store and he put it on for me in no time at all! I know it's something simple but I appreciated it so much! The 5 star rating is for him!

This was the first auto parts store I passed so I stopped. Both gentleman were so patient and helpful that I will go out of my way next time to go back here. Both were patient and explained everything to me like I'm 5. (I know next to nothing about about cars). Chase, especially, was extremely helpful. He looked up what I needed, got it from the shelf and then helped me with my car. I can't say enough good things about the employees at this location.

Needed a new battery. Had came in first thing, this morning. Dusty the manager was the only guy working at the moment. Very friendly and very helpful. Great guy. He put my new battery in for me and took the old one. Thank you Dusty.

Chase was extremely kind and helpful. He greeted every customer that walked in and took time out to help us with testing an alternator even though he was the only one working and juggling phone calls and customers coming in. Ended up buying a reman alternator from O'Reilly's and worked perfectly. We will definitely be back after the service we received today!

After the recent snow storm, my boyfriend windshield wiper fluid nozzles end up broken off. I called around to several parts stores to check availability and pricing. While all of them needed to order the parts, O'Reilly's was the only one that did not want payment up front, seemed knowledgeable about the exact part he would need, and could tell me exactly what the parts would arrive. Also, they were very friendly. When I called auto zone the man that answered was rude, he was yelling at someone else very loudly, with me on the phone, before I could even say why I had called, so even though they had the parts for a very small amount cheaper... Literally only a few cents difference, I am much happier having done business with O'Reilly's! I will continue to take all of my auto business to O'Reilly's!😁

Our check engine light came on so we stopped at our neighborhood OReilys. Great professional friendly service. The employee had the same car and did the diagnostic and even put the new part in for us.

The guys here went above and beyond when I stopped in after having battery issues! They were fantastic and super helpful. 10/10 would recommend. :)

O'Reilly nice parts store

I had to get a air intake hose for my Sentra on the fly, not only did they have it but it was reasonably priced compared to online sites like amazon. The employee was helpful and advised me if I had any issues to just bring the part back with receipt and he would refund me.

Fair pricing and a helpful staff is what you'll find at this store. I had a ignition coil boot tear off and they helped in getting the boot out. They won customer with their friendly service.

About last night...around 8:30pm stranded at the dollar store with serpentine belt off. Now I've never replaced a belt, so I ran 100 yards up the road to the O'Reilly's on Burlington Pike where I met George after renting the Tension Kit and realizing I needed the tensioner, George said I'll be there when I get off in about 15 minutes. Long story short, Thank you George and the O'Reilly Team for the customer service you provided, from now on, I'll drive the few extra miles for the service. Thank you again. By the way I was home by 9:15 pm and I live a few miles away from where my wife's vehicle was stranded.

I needed a specific part and they did whatever they had to do to get it for me. They would bend over backwards to help me. I'm very impressed with their customer service. Unlike anything like it!!!

This location has friendly and helpful staff. They have some of the lowest prices around. They have what I need and at a great price. The people at this location keep me coming back.
