They are great with their regulars! Always puts a smile on my face to be greeted by their friendly faces. My favorite place to buy cigarettes. They work very hard, 7 days a week and deserve some credit. Thank you, JDs!

If I could give negative stars I would! So today I purchased a mr. Fog switch at JD’s market in Burlington, ky. They say to check it in the store before leaving in case something is wrong they can only refund or exchange if you stay in the store. Not only was it burnt up and taste like complete MOLD but it’s also counterfeit. I showed the lady and she called Sunny the other guy who works there and he told me I had to call the manufacturer. Obviously I hadn’t left the store and he said I would have to wait in the store for around 45-50 min before he could get there because she was not allowed to help me with that. Why would he have someone working who cannot exchange or refund products with their letter that says they do that.
I have bought legit vapes in the past here but will never buy here again

The owner replied to this review saying the only return if it’s broken otherwise contact the manufacturer! ITS COUNTERFEIT HOW DO I CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER????? ITS THE STORES ISSUE IF THEY ARE PURCHASING COUNTERFEIT DISPOSABLE VAPES!

How can a business that sees you every day tell you they don't have a bathroom to the public. They will sure open the doors to take your Money. After that you're no good. very poorly run store. I will never be back.

Total charged consistently does not align with store prices and they don’t even offer receipt. Always charged a few dollars more than tax should add.
