They are good condition now when he update them the rooms are getting remodeled they are very nice now good condition 100% lot better

Rooms are outdated and run down. Owners are very nice people. One of the ladies that are hired to work the first desk, isn't very friendly or even helpful. Kind of snotty. Good luck getting a cup of coffee you have to call ahead of time just to get them to make a pot .

I have been all over the world as a pilot with the USAF..I have stayed in many places. I have excellent service here and friendly staff. This means everything to me. Could I choose to stay in expensive places? Sure..but I choose home style accommodations. This motel is kept clean daily by staff.

Closer to the arc encounter, can see it from the parking lot. Much cheaper than the other options. Older place and furniture.
Everything worked. Staff friendly and played basketball with the owner kids for exercise since the had closed the pool down that morning.
Breakfast included. Had waffles, cereal and egg options.

I am actually currently staying here and have been for about a month now while waiting for an apt to get ready. I have YET to have a negative experience here besides "COVID" making the breakfast not be available. Housekeepers are the same man and woman every time and are extremely friendly and on it. Room was clean, Staff has been friendly for most part. Cant really complain except someone either next door or downstairs has been smoking weed that has been leaving my room (203) to smell like it. But they cant really control that exactly.

Couldn't find anywhere that had rooms open in Cincinnati area, the lady at the front desk was so nice and held the room for us til we got there 25 mins later. Nice, clean bed, soft sheets and pillows... Perfect for a good night's sleep after doordashing the area all day.

Rooms are very comfortable. It's quiet and within walking distance to Waffle House, Popeyes Chicken, Subway, Speedway gas station, and laundry

My wife and I wanted to get away for the weekend and stay at a place where we could have easy access to the Cincinnati, OH. Well we found a wonderful place that was just that...close to everything and much more. The staff at Americas Best Value Inn was very nice and accommodating! The room had a great view and the bed was very comfortable. The room amenities include, Smooth Bed/Internet/Cable TV /Microwave/Refrigerator... The Bathroom was Spotless. The Breakfast was superb with lot of variety offered. Hotel is located near to International Airport.. I would highly recommend this place and we will back again! Thanks for everything!!

I was greeted by a very friendly lady. She was very kind and made me feel welcome. The room was clean , not perfect but clean . The bed was so comfortable . I would stay here again in future.

The five star rating isn’t because this is the Hyatt or the Ritz. This hotel is very good at what it is. It’s a very comfortable, clean, quiet, & pet friendly hotel. The staff was very accommodating. You can’t ask for anything else for this reasonable price.

While the outside atmosphere was a bit strange, the actual room was great. It was a little dated but very clean and well maintained. I would stay again.

The room was clean. The individual who checked us in was very informative and nice. Loved it.

I have never stayed here but I plan to one night when I land one of those Hooters girls. That's a five. 🤠
