The owners are super friendly. It is reasonably priced. My husband accidentally left his wedding ring in his pants and he was scared that it was gone. But they found it and attached it to his clothes so it would t be lost or forgotten.

We've been going there for years, haven't had any problems. Just recently took a jacket that had grease on it. Got all the grease off. I had low expectations anyway, it's hard to get out! So I was pleasantly surprised when I got it back. Gladly recommend to anyone. My wife loves them because with four kids, anywhere that has a drive thru gets 5 stars!

If I could give this place zero I would. When I took in a dress to get an ink stain out the husband told me no problem. When I went to pick it up he charged me $10.00. After I paid told me that they couldn't get the stain out. I asked well then what did I pay for? His wife came out and said Ink stains never come out. I said that her husband should have told me that when I dropped off the dress. She became very rude, told me to leave, she didn't need my business. So since she doesn't need my business I will happily take it elsewhere.

I took a pair of my daughters brand new lululemons leggings there because she had a hole in them. I thought they could do a better job than myself sewing the hole . Apparently not!!! They ironed a black patch on then outside of the pants to cover the hole. If anything they should have put it in the inside. Lady there that does the sewing said nothing could be done. I will never return. Not a happy customer .

DO NOT USE. I would give ZERO if I could. They lost my red rug and tried to give me the beige and brown flowered rug that is wrapped up in the front of the store that is someone else's. I have been in the cleaners four times. The husband states to come back when his wife is at the cleaners and acts like he does not know what is going on. Today, he told me to come back after 5pm, convenient that they close at 5pm. The wife refuses to call Leather Rich the company that picked up the rug for cleaning. I asked if she has a log of items going in and out, she does not. I left a message with Leather Rich in Wisconsin and they did not return my call. The husband gave me Leather Riches phone number today and told me to find my rug! It is not his problem. So, if your item is lost lots of luck!

We brought 5 black shirts in to be washed and ironed and when we picked them up they were covered in a white fuzz everywhere on each shirt. We took them back and the woman that is always there( not sure if she is an owner) said nothing they can do, there are no guarantees. We just wanted them rewashed, and no guarantees was her response. Horrible customer service and so for $10.00 you lose business and get a bad review. Doesn't make any sense. It's not like we wanted something for free. We paid to have clean shirts.

We will not be using this place ever again. My husband brought in a coat just to have the pocket repaired and they dry cleaned it anyway. We wash it at home and have never ever had it dry-cleaned anywhere. One simple pocket repair plus unwanted dry cleaning ended up costing us $30
