Mathnasium

I highly recommend the staff and services at Mathnasium-Florence. My son attended sessions for eight months this school year(23-24) to help strengthen the gaps in his math skills. It was a great experience, his skills grew, and we had no arguments at our kitchen table!

From the moment we walked in for more information about options for our son, we felt so welcomed, heard, and understood. Jen and the team are so friendly, they have patience, and after just a month our son has shown great improvements in his understanding of math and curriculum he was previously struggling with at school! Looking forward to his continued success, the progress reports we get are very detailed too. Our son has gone from struggling previously, to now carrying pen and notepad with him so he can do "math equations."

My 4th grader despised math and was struggling so much because of a year of virtual learning. After taking our daughter to Mathnasium she is finally understanding math and loves it again. Jen and her tutors not only help her understand math they do it in a fun, easy to understand way. She loves the encouragement she gets and can’t wait to tell Ms Jen when she does good on her tests. Thank you for helping our daughter and show her math can be fun!!

I cannot say enough about Jennifer Houston and her tutors!!! My daughter is enjoying her math lessons (more because mom is teaching!) and actually making great progress. She LOVES the one-on-one attention. It makes all the difference!! Thank you for your dedication to our kids. It gives me peace of mind knowing my daughter is getting exactly the kind of instruction she needs.

Our experience with Mathnasium has been wonderful so far! The staff are excellent and Miss Jennifer goes above and beyond to make sure the kids succeed. My daughter looks forward to Mathnasium and that speaks volumes to me! She is gaining confidence and math is no longer a source of stress in our house!

My daughter had no confidence in her ability to succeed in Math and math homework ALWAYS brought tears and frustration. Since we have been bringing her to Mathnasium, we have had a huge turn around! She is now on grade level in Math, confidently answer math problems in class or when practicing, and there have been no more math meltdowns!!! Seeing her confidence is well worth our time and money.

For 3 years Mathnasium has and continues to feed the excitement for our child's exploration of new math concepts! Mathnasium makes math fun!

This place is absolutely amazing! My stepdaughter has been pushed through while struggling with math these past couple of years and is now getting caught up with such a helpful plan to get her there. After the first assessment with Jen (which showed us how much she cares about helping kids), my stepdaughter begged to come back the very next day.. she asked if she could come everyday. She’s so excited to learn. I highly recommend this place!

Our 6 year old absolutely loves every minute he spends at Mathnasium! He has learned so much this summer. He was already slightly advanced in math, but now he's leaps and bounds ahead of himself. Hopefully, this will set him up for a lifetime of success in mathematics!

This is the greatest math school in Florence! My child is really enjoying the lessons. Teachers are awesome. Highly recommend.

Jen and the rest of the Mathnasium staff have been absolutely wonderful to work with. My daughter Lilly is not only getting the tools she needs to succeed in math but they are restoring the confidence in herself to do great. Math is a delicate topic for a lot of people and one that is often difficult to catch back up in once you are left behind and they are doing a great job trying to make sure she is ready for her 5th grade year. It seems expensive at first but in the grand scheme of things, it's not only worth it but the more you go, the more bang for your buck that you get. Lilly is feeling so much better about math and her upcoming school year. Thanks tremendously to Jen Houston and her amazing Mathnasium staff. Especially RJ. That's Lilly's favorite tutor!

I highly recommend this place for your child’s mathematical needs, whatever they may be. The owners are very friendly and welcoming! The center director and all instructors are accommodating and very pleasant to work with!
