With the prospect of buying another home and needing to sell an existing home in Wells, I turned once again to Janna and team without hesitation. Janna is a “go getter” realtor who knows her market and knows how to aggressively market a property. As my Buyers Agent, she oversaw all that was needed to ensure a very smooth and efficient purchase of a new Summer home for us. And when it came time to sell the other property, she moved very fast to get the photos and listings done, and immediately organized an Open House. A prospective buyer made a serious offer on the first day of showing, which we ultimately took. We first spoke with Janna about listing our home in the Fall of 2019 and found her to be super familiar with our development our home model and the price point that properties were selling for at that time. We decided to hold off on selling until the Summer of 21, calling Janna to list the house was a no brainer as we knew that we had to have an Agent who was knowledgeable but also that we felt comfortable working with and Janna meet both those criteria . As we were waiting for a new home to be built we did not list the property until September 2021 which meant we lost the best of the Summer market .
Within days of taking the listing Janna had photos taken and the house on the MLS , we only had one Open house and a few showings and Janna sold our home within weeks for a very fair price that we were more than pleased with . Our closing a few weeks later with an out of state buyer went seamlessly.
