Mountain Top Coffee

I usually work from this coffee shop on Friday mornings when it's not too busy. Sometimes, there are some business negotiations happening, but the backroom is generally at a medium to low level of noise. Usually, students study here, and friends meet to have coffee together. Affordable, good food, no complaints with the servers or staff.

They gave an outdoor area that has umbrellas, which has been nice in the summer when it hasn't rained since they don't get wiped off generally and just will have to dry in the wind / sun.

The main and front rooms are usually busy or semi full around 8am. I generally wait in line for a minute or so when ordering in the morning.

The atmosphere reminded me of the shop I work at at home. I had a double espresso and oh my goodness, it was absolutely divine. Lovely bright notes with a smooth bold finish. Top notch. Great food variety for all consumers to indulge. The staff is fabulous and welcoming. It was my first time here. I certainly will seek out this business in the future when I'm in the area.

We had super tasty breakfast sandwiches that were served with fresh strawberries and pineapple. Great atmosphere, a lot of artwork on the walls, and a shelf with board games in the back. It was busy but we got our order quickly, and it wasn't loud or noisy. We will definitely be back.

First-time customer. Where have I been??? Just awesome place with great staff, a comfortable atmosphere, and awesome drinks....reasonable, too. Skip the Steaming Cup. Support Mountain Top instead!!!

Really enjoyed Mountain Top Coffee. I had the breakfast burrito. It was delicious! And it was a really big burrito. Probably could take half home for another meal. I also had the Honey Bee latter iced. This is my new favorite coffee. A few coffee shops have it on the menu. It is vanilla, honey and cinnamon in an iced latte. Yummy. I also really liked how accessible this place is. See pictures. Will definitely be back.

So tasty. Can someone please tell me what they put in their breakfast burrito. I eat one burrito and that’s all I need for the whole day. So incredibly tasty- it’s garlicy and everything inside it is cooked to perfection.

When we went this afternoon, my brother got a smoothie. I got hot chocolate they were both good the staff are nice and willing to wait for your decision. Keep up the good work we will need back.

First time visiting. I had a London fog Nad energy bite; both were delicious. The barista was super pleasant as well. Atmosphere was chill. Will definitely go back.

Great coffee shop with easy access in Downtown Waukesha. They are a great place to work or have a coffee meeting. Highly recommend!

Really glad that Nathan founded Mountain Top after the previous shop decided to move out of Waukesha. Great location, great coffee, great bakery/food options. This place is located right in the heart of downtown. If you stop, they have a killer Mocha and their Cajun Breakfast Sandwich on an Everything Bagel is real good.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere. Can sometimes be hard to find a table during peak times but besides that it’s wonderful.

I can't stress enough how amazing this breakfast sandwich is. The Cajun Breakfast Sandwich on an Everything bagel is the best breakfast sandwich I've EVER had. I come almost weekly for that sandwich. Trust me

Love this coffee shop! Low-key, adventure vibe. Their vegan bakery does not disappoint, and I'm not vegan. I appreciate that they use Rishi brand products. Our favorites so far is chai, hot cocoa, and the brownies. Prices are super reasonable, as well. Happy to discover this coffee joint!

I've been going here on and off for the past few years since I don't often get the chance, but when I do, it's always a treat! I really love their seasonal drink menus and the bakery fridge is always superb. I got the rosemary miel latte (a winter special) and it is absolutely delicious (makes me want to make my own at home!). The protein bites are also delicious. All in all, haven't had a bad experience while I've been here. Baristas are always cheerful and having fun with each other.

I frequently go to Mountaintop and am never disappointed. There coffee is always good. Also have good, large bakery items. However, my absolute favorite is the breakfast burrito - reasonably priced and the pesto sauce on it is phenomenal.
