I've been going here for years. It's one of the only independent stores left in South City.
The best affordable grocery store for meats, especially and of course, other food.
You can get Pick 5 packages of meat for $25.00, choices are Hamburger, Chicken, Pork steaks, Pork Chops, Country Style Ribs, and so much more.
Nit sure if it's local farmers, but for the price, you just can't best the Pick 5.
Staff is always warm and welcoming. The store is clean.
Today, they were stocking up big time.
The owner has made this store what it is by keeping it all affordable for everyone.
Kudos for keeping your store independent!
Produce, Milk, Eggs, Bread, Frozen Section, Canned Goods, Household items, Condiments, Desserts, Spices, Soda, Lunch Meat, Breakfast Meats, Ice Cream, Chips everything you can get at most grocery stores.

I stopped in because they have a Amazon hub there. Lockers you are able to pickup packages at. The store itself looked well stocked with a good selection of stuff and the employees were nice also

This store name says it all! Great deals, lots of special and one of a kind items, fresh produce and meats are superbly displayed. Clerks are friendly, knowledgeable, and service is fantastic. THE 5 PKGS OF MEAT FOR $19.99 IS NOT FOUND ELSEWEHERE. I highly recommend shopping here!!

Save a Lot we shop on Loughborough is great. Limited skus in some areas but their quality has been great so far. If any issue or concerns they have always responded quickly and genuinely to us even when we questioned quality changes in a few items we purchase regularly. Not a complaint but advising that there may be issue they did not know of.
Their stores we shop in are clean and well lit. Store displays show well.
The store covers pretty much everything you need to survive.

This isn't the super sized supermarket. More the traditional grocery store. It isn't crowded which makes it great in the age of Covid 19 for a quick trip to pick up a few things No waiting in line for checkout.. Selection is limited but it has the basics.

Store was fully stocked, employees were very nice and wearing masks along with ALL the customers. They have closed off certain ways of going into the store do to social distancing. Very clean.

Great value ! I’ve never purchased anything here that was subpar! The employees are friendly and helpful. I have never had an issue with being charged the wrong price on an item (something that happened quite often at a store on Gravois/Hampton).

Quick shopping and friendly staff. However, the last 2 weeks I been getting beef that is not fresh. I had to throw out last shopping.

I love the 5 items for $19.99 where I can make meals for a couple weeks along with all the sides. I shop a lot at Save A Lot! Like a lot a lot and it saves me a ton of money.

Great small grocery store with great deals! Good meat selection and nice produce. Even a good selection of ethnic foods. Great for a quick in and out shopping trip.
