I came in around 11pm on a Wednesday night frantically needing a passport photo for the next day. This Walgreens was the only place in Lansing available to provide this service at this time of night. I had to drive to Chicago the next morning to get a "day of" passport for a trip I was going on Friday morning. I explained my situation to the employee there and she was kind and helpful in getting my photo taken. Knowing how time sensitive and important it was that the photo be an acceptable passport photo, she took a few and plugged them in to the computer program that checks them for acceptance. Not all of the requirements were met so she tried again. Still couldn't get all the check marks to approve so she asked another employee to help. By the time we left, 3 employees had tried to make sure I got a perfect passport photo. They were closing at midnight but they never made me feel bad for taking up so much of their time trying to get it right. In the end the passport photo was good and I was able to get the passport the next day. I appreciate the kindness and thoroughness of the employees there that night!

My Experience @ This Pharmacy Is Always On Their Job Very Consider Always Be Right With You!

Outstanding customer service. I called at 11:50 AM EDT on April 11 for a hard-to-fill prescription, and the pharm tech handling my call (neglected to write down her name) was incredibly friendly and proactively helpful. This location was out-of-stock, however, she found another location that had the medicine in-stock then forwarded my prescription to such location. Thanks for such great service and assistance. This person deserves store level commendation or a bonus.

People in the medical field aren’t perfect I get it but I love the fact that they’re open 24 hours when they don’t have to be. Another thing, this goes to all the reviewers who worry about if another person wears their mask or not. I hate when strangers/customers stay worrying about if a worker has their mask on or not or following the pandemic rules blah blah! Hb just worry about you having a mask on don’t worry about other folks! The workers in the store probably feel comfortable around each other to slide down their masks for a bit or maybe they had to sneeze or scratch etc. anything! So that’s no concern to you! I hate folks who worry about the wrong business, mind your own!

Great pharmacy, with locations Nationwide. This is very important for both me AND my husband, as we are Snowbirds, wintering in FL 6 most., Then back to Michigan for the summer. Walgreens has ALL of my prescriptions, so if I run out or need another asthma inhaler, no problem!!

I sent a script to another location that was closed on NYE, but the Jolly location was able to fill it for me anyway. Very much appreciated getting the medicine for my allergic reaction!

Been going here for everything from scripts to groceries for the past few years and a walgreens has never let me down :) will always love these stores!

The people that work here are helpful and the manager helped us get a SD card out of a wrong slot at the kiosk machine we were very grateful for that. Thank you.

When our poster was not printing correctly for our step-fathers passing, Cassie was amazing and fixed it in a timely manner and was so helpful.
