Kroger

This is one of the busiest, and most well stocked, Kroger I've been to. It's huge. And the clerks etc. are always helpful with the various shopping issues that one may encounter while shopping. This particular Kroger has become one of my favorites. I highly recommend shopping here. Wheel chair/walker accessable, with plenty of handicap parking available. Close by the residential neighborhoods of the area.

Shoutout to Aisha, the evening cashier, and reason for this 5 star review. She needs recognition for her positive attitude and exceptional customer service. Just left doing a little shopping and she was the best Kroger employee I’ve ever encountered. Promote her nowwwwww!

I was on the hunt for Liquid Smoke because I found a great Recipe for Homemade Jerky. Liquid Smoke is a key ingredient. I asked a Stocker named Mark to point me in the direction of finding it. He helped me and we weren't able to locate any on the shelf. 20 mins later when I was checking out he brought some up to me that Blake who is the Store Manager and himself had found in the back. Awesome Customer Service. A huge thank you to Blake and Mark for finding the Liquid Smoke for me in the back. That was top notch service. Thanks again!

We shop here about 3 days a week. Not because its the greatest or cleanest or even friendless, but out of convenience. It does have pretty good deals compared to other stores and the essentials are usually stocked, but not much else. The lines are pretty short too if you go in the mornings, but after that good luck. If you need help with something the produce or stockers are usually very helpful, but I wouldn't count on the cashiers or customer service. They always seem to act to "busy" to help, I guess they don't understand their job title. Someone should make them take a customer service class before working with the public.

Sometimes though and it seems DAILY either shop well before 5pm. If you're shopping at 5pm you'll wait forever to check out.. It sounds crazy but apparently everyone goes there right after work.
5pm its absolutely crazy trying to checkout! Wait until 6pm and the mad rush is done.
The store is jam packed at five o'clock and there's no easy way out.
Patients is Required for 5 o'clock shopping.
Other than that I shop here regularly because they always have good sales and fresh produce.
Maybe this post will get more checkout line's open.
There has to be a way of having more cashiers at the 5 o'clock hour...
The self scan lane's have a line almost all the way to the back of the isle. (It's Crazy)
Should be able to work something out....
It's been like this as long as I've shopped here.

Clean, well lit, friendly and helpful staff. All that and the store brands and sales made my trip to this store so completely worth it. The least desirable part of this store is the neighborhood its near. They do have tough looking security guards though. That was enough for me to feel safe. Ive been here a few times and I will definitely go back again :)

That guy who wears the hawaiian shirts and used to work uscan is awesome! I love this kroger, ghetto and all.

Great place, some of the workers just look bored as do typical grocery stores I guess. Just be prepared to wait in 2-3 line cart lines as I've been here a multitude of times and it's always needed more cashiers to open more lanes. They need to hire more cashiers to keep the lines down, but corporations you know.

Lately produce and meat has been fresh and well maintained.. and decent prices.

Low prices, great selection of food and other items. Store is pretty clean, Staff is quite helpful and friendly. Kroger is always my first choice when I need to buy groceries. Love the digital coupons!

Two times I have been helped by a man named Kane! Both times, he greeted me before I greeted him, AND stopped what he was doing to walk me across the store to get the product I was looking for! OUTSTANDING display of what customer service should be! Thank you again Kane!

People began for money you cant see them from sliding door there in side thet just pop out. Lots of trash in front of the store i meen not cleen inside clean. Friendly staff igave credit for That. The bottle room have to go to trashy

I was recently there on Saturday the 10th of August and after my shopping my car died now unfortunately in the summer not a lot of people have jumper cables and unfortunately my battery was dying and died in the lot while inside.

Justin and Gary came out and were on break. I'm sure their time was limited, but saw my situation and one was able to provide cables, and the other went and got their keys and drove over to give the battery a jump. couldn't get help from anybody until those guys showed up , think they work in the meat department.

Anyway awesome staff - guys like that deserve a raise,
And are obviously dedicated to kroger. Thank you I was able to get home without waiting 4 AAA or the right patron in the right parking spot.

There's not a lot of places I visit that has a lot of riding carts but I never have a problem of getting one at Krogers even if it's not there when I get there at 2 for occupancy very shortly that soon will be and a couple of times the one of the workers went and found anyone invited back to me I like shopping at Krogers they make you feel real comfortable

Only use the gas station because gas was 213 a gallon. However since we had spent over $800 in the grocery store of Kroger's over the month that gave me an additional $0.80 off the gas price. Also if you have a Kroger credit card they will give you $0.25 more off that price. That made my gas a dollar a gallon however they do limited to 35 gallons

A very good selection of a variety of types of food and drinks plus some other odds n ends.
