Sultan's Express Lansing

This was my first time ever trying Sultans Express. I can’t believe I did not know about it earlier. Their food is beyond tasty. Their service is fast and efficient. Management is kind and generous. I had an issue with getting the wrong sandwich and they made me a new one and let me keep the initial one. The decor takes you back to the 90’s, it paid homage to pure Palestinian culture. I will definitely come back again. The falafel are still on my mind.

Sultan's is best Middle Eastern food in the area. No question in my mind. My wife and I love the deboned chicken and beef kofta. So good with garlic sauce and hummus.

Love it here! One of my favorite places for Mediterranean in the area.chicken shawarma, shawarma sandwiches, fried eggplant, baklava and delicious smoothies ...yum! Very popular with the lunch set downtown.

Love the food and the vibe! People make the place and these people make this place great. Will for sure be visiting again.

This place hands down has the best Borgul in town & maybe in the world! Currently it's only available on Wednesdays, but definitely recommend this place. One of my favourite Middle Eastern food in town. The owner is there daily and always is available for a chat. Otherwise the shawerma is also super good here.

I've had Middle Eastern food, but this place is awesome. The chicken wasn't dry and the hummus tasted amazing. I will be back.

This is THE BEST Mediterranean in Lansing! If you like shawarma, they have the most tender and most flavorful chicken, whether it's shawarma or the deboned chicken. I also love their salads, the fattoush (just lettuce, tomatoe, cucumber and the best dressing which comes already in the salad, you don't have to pour it yourself) or the tabooli, and the lentil soup, and hummus is top notch. Shawarma wraps are excellent, and the cauliflower wrap. My coworker did not prefer the egg plant, but I've never had it. Abdullah, the owner, is great and will treat you well and make sure you're happy. He is from Palestine. He also treats his workers well. This place is a hub for downtown workers, so lunch time is understandably busy, but don't let a long line keep you away, they keep it moving so it doesn't take long.

Chicken shawarma lunch is my favorite. Can get a bit busy at lunchtime during the week, but the line moves quickly.

I can’t speak to all their food, because I always get the same thing - but the chicken shawarma lunch is outstanding. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick, even during busy times. It’s my go-to spot for lunch in the area.

Can't go wrong here! Always packed at lunch but the staff is wonderful and moves fast! Always delicious! Their falafel is the best especially when it's fresh out of the fryer. YUM!

The food here is amazing. There are many different options. I have been there for lunch many times. They offer unique options that you will not find anywhere else downtown. The line can be long when the weather is warm, but it always moves quickly. Try sandwiches with all the options. If there is something on the menu that you do not recognize, they are happy to explain.

I have ordered many different things from the menu and it was all very good food and it is prepared remarkably quickly for lunch. The lunch combination is great in my opinion when compared to similar restaurants since you get Tabouli(which is typically very expensive) instead of rice.

Great food at reasonable prices. I really like the chicken shwarma salad or the Greek salad. They have the best hummus too! The owner is very nice and his staff is friendly, knowledgeable and they provide quick service if you are in a hurry during lunch time. And don't forget to order a "high-C" from the fresh fruit juices (oranges, lemon and honey). It is delicious and refreshing.

Sultans Express downtown Lansing has the best Mediterranean food in this area! The hummus is on point! And you must taste the tabbouleh!!! Goodness gracious...simply delicious...perfect! The food is healthy and they serve real fresh squeezed fruit juices, you must go there and experience the savory flavors. Scrumptious!
