Great experience today. Couldn't find something it said they had. Jordan gave me a hand and put in a good effort looking for it, I was ready to give up but he wasn't and found it for me. This is why I shop here, the employees are so much nicer and more helpful than the other 2 big stores.

Save "Big Money" at Menards! I like it when the 11% discount/rebate is active. Excellent selection of building materials, equipment for construction, do it yourself painters, plumbers, experts, contractors and all others looking to build, repair or remodel. There are groceries, cleaning supplies, tools, clothing, holiday items. Nice large clean bathrooms, store has a comfortable atmosphere with exceptional customer service.

I got a resin self install kit and had an amazing Handyman service to change my blue into white and tub from almond to white. (Order the kit online because the store normally doesn't have them in stock, I had to delay the work by a week).

Their rebate customer service via online is amazing. My rebate check got damaged, I emailed them explaining the situation, 24hrs later I got a response saying a new one was on the way.

Very good customer care quick service. They always have whatever I need to get my jobs done. No need to go anywhere else one stop shopping.

A great place to visit and enjoy shopping there with the family.

Had the items I was looking for. Got 15% off from the bag sale.

"Twice I ordered siding from here, and both times the orders came in wrong. I had to rent a vehicle and took time off from work to pick them up when I was told the orders were ready. Both times when I went there, I was told to come back at my own cost. They also charge extra for ordering items that they do not carry at the store, and then they make mistakes. They do not try to help or remedy the problem in any way and ask for the customer to come back to pick the items up at their cost. The least they could have done was ship it to the house so I dont not have to spend more time and money because of their mistake. They did not want to help. There are better options like Home Depot and Lowes."
I am changing my review to 5 stars because the General manager, Josh, contacted me immediately and remedied the problem- respect. I would hope Trevor (Order Pick-Up & Delivery) gets better trained for the future at Menards 3158.

You've got to love one stop shopping. Menards south Lansing store had everything I needed for my well project. Shout out to Brandon for guiding me around the store for the various components I needed.

Love the project options that Menards offers. Great for those of us that like DIY's. I am always surprised at the things I find in the store.

Good prices and great customer service

Not only did a manager price match our shelving kit, we were missing a few pieces and went back the same day & got those missing pieces at no cost. Thank you for great customer service!

Stopped by on Black Friday to check out the artificial Christmas tree options, and I was thrilled! So many wonderful options vs what Hobby Lobby and Walmart had to offer. Denise was amazing! Even though she worked in the hardware department, she was so very helpful in answering my questions, as well as assisting me with my purchase! Exceptional customer service is hard to come by these days; Denise was an angel! Keep up the good work, Denise!

Menards is amazing. This is the first time I've been in one and I was kinda upset I've been wasting so much money on all of this stuff elsewhere. The wild bird collection is amazing! Cheaper than home depot, and more thorough than anywhere else I've looked. I was overwhelmed by the amount of things and size of the store but the employees were so helpful, especially the handsome young man with the beautiful blonde curls and braces. I ran into him 3 different times, in the different areas and twice I needed his help. Great customer service from him!

Even the customers shopping were exceptionally nice. It's a store with such good energy, it makes you feel great shopping there. That's so hard to find. Y'all keep up the good work! I'll be back a lot :)

They have a very nice clean store and very friendly employees. Wow I guess I have not been there in a while cause they did some major changes in their store. But it still looks nice and clean ☺🌹.
They need to put prices on their sheds that are way up high. How do they expect to sell them if folks don't know how much they are. I wanna know why they do not send you your rebate when you purchase something expensive? I did 2 major purchases and I never received my rebates. I finally gave up on them. We just go to Lowe's to get our military discount right there on that date we need something huge for our house. Sorry Menards, you shouldn't treat your customers like that.

One of my favorite stores to shop at here locally in the lansing area, they carry a wide range of items including lumber of course tools lighting doors windows however what I enjoy browsing while shopping there is the electronics like security cameras an motion sensors alongside the wide array of other items. Also they carry a large inventory an item base of clothing from coveralls shirts pants socks coats light jackets so on so fourth. It’s a fantastic store overall I have the Menards BIG Credit Card but just haven’t had the chance to shop there here lately hoping to get up there today!!

Always a great selection at a great price...and, customer service never disappoints! Today the register price was $10.00 more than the shelf price they adjusted it on the spot! It was also a blessing today that the same item was on the shelf as a "special order" but they actually had an in-store inventory of 2!

It was very well laid out and marked to make finding what you need a breeze. Jakob working the garden center register was delightful even while working in the muggy outdoors. The line went smoothly and quickly. It was a good experience :)

I had a issue on my end, spoke with the GM Josh and he listened and help me with a resolution. I have been a customer on and off for years but now I am a lifetime customer.

Menards is my top choice when I need supplies. There counters are made so everything is in reach (I am 5' tall) there's always a good selection and they carry some food and pet items. Plus they run 11% sales that help with cost.
