Gordon Food Service Store

Gordon is one of the best places to buy groceries. The staff is very polite and helpful and I love shopping there.

Very clean and the staff was very helpful the person who helped me was Jean and she seem to know where everything was and what they had.

Great place to shop. We just had a electricity outage in Lansing for 4 days, and this was my go to for ice.

Shelves seemed to be stocked. Store was clean. The gentleman that was at the register was kind, courteous and thoughtful. Prices seem reasonable for the time we are in.

Great place to buy in bulk I especially love that I can go buy an entire month's worth of snacks and lunch items for the kids it definitely helps when your trying to budget. The staff are friendly and helpful and the store is clean. They accept ebt as well. They have so much to offer and im definitely going to continue shopping there. They are a bit of a drive for me 40 mins round trip but definitely worth it for the savings 😀

They always have bulk quantity of many things you could use for a party or get together, I like their discount cooler typically can find good deals there.

Great place to pick up bulk party supplies like lots of sliced deli meats and cheeses.

I had the best experience at gordons today!! I am handicapped and have trouble walking and standing for long periods of time. the cashier named Meagan was such a doll!! she was very pleasant and easy to talk to. I had quite a big order that included heavy cases of drinks which I had trouble getting them into my cart and I kept thinking to myself how am I gonna get my groceries into the car.after I had checked out the cashier Megan offered to load my groceries in the car. I was so relieved when she asked if I wanted some help because I knew how hard it'd be to get everything in the car. I want Meagan to know how much I appreciated her help. she just made my day!! again, thank you so much Meagan 😊 teresa burtley

I like Gordons because the people who work there are just phenomenal. When I walk into their store, someone always greets me and says hi, then they politely ask me if they can help me find anything. Its a nice clean store and prices are decent. They have a wide variety of goods.

I like gfs because I dont have to purchase a membership. Sam's and Costco do have unique offerings, but it isn't worth my $45 a year. Also, my family has shrunk to 2.5 people so I don't have to buy in large quantities anymore at the rate I did when the kids were home.
Gfs offers a good quality product, perhaps slightly higher in price, but hassle free, dont have to worry about having my card on me.
As far as store presentation, I shop at 3 different stores in the Lansing area. Each one of them, including this one on Edgewood, are clean, well stocked and mostly friendly employees.

They have what you need. The price point is a little higher than regular grocery stores but that's to be expected. Clean, bright, organized.

GFS is great for those special items needed for entertaining. With the upcoming family reunion, I got some latex gloves and inexpensive serving utensils. I want to have some people serving instead of doing self-service at the buffet table this year.

This location has the BEST customer service! Any time I've ever called the employees are always polite, helpful, and enthusiastic. Love design with this store!

Good prices on foods that business use. Pretty good variety also.

The manager was great help! I needed containers for my food truck and he was a great help in ordering more.
