The Linx Club at Brookfield Hills Apartments

The Linx Club is a great place to live. Units and property are kept in good shape and are very nice. The people in the leasing office are also very friendly and helpful and respond in a timely manner to any requests. Definitely would recommend living here.

It’s been a month since we moved in. It can’t be better! Brittany and Mackenzie are professional, inclusive and helpful! We are very looking forward to the beautiful scenery when winter ends~
We really appreciate this one-year time living at the Linx Club. We see four seasons, sunrise...It's one of our best memories. Brittany, Mackenzie, Zach are awesome! The maintenance team is always responsive and efficient (very tiny issue)! Highly recommend!

It's been a year we're here and just renewed our contract for another year! We had pleasant experience with Wimmer Community in the past and Linx club is no different. Mackenzie has been very helpful thru n thru.
We are extremely happy to call Linx club our home. We toured many apartments with similar amenity and design in the nearby area. But nothing clicked instantly like Linx club did. Its a brand new apartment community with modern architectural design, spectacular landscape all year long, includes every amenity you can think of, quick maintenances, top security, great staff and neighbors! Rent might seem a little on the higher side but with all the great things it comes with it's just worth it. Moreover, surveying similar apartments nearby we found Linx club cheaper than the rest without sacrificing any amenity.

We cannot praise enough of the beautiful golf course view that we see from our windows and balcony. It's the best view in every season. It's West facing and we witness beautiful Wisconsin sunset sky everyday! I believe the one bed apts and the terrace apts are east facing who also have great views. You just cannot go wrong with any direction here. Tenants get free passes to the golf course and the simulator every month. We were the first to sign contract for the third building. Were a bit worried about the noise from the highway. The huge windows are sealed so well that it hasn't been a problem for us so far. Work from home has been very relaxing staying in this apt. The apts are pet friendly. We do not own pets and haven't had any issue with other's pets. Linx club has a diverse community with everyone being very courteous to each other. The staff members are very prompt and friendly. They arrange fun activity programs year long. I would highly recommend Linx club for a better living 💯

I have had the best experience with the staff at this property. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate from the application process, move in, and after move in. Any questions I had were answered promptly and with a smile. I ran into some issues with the software in the application process and they were very responsive and resolved the issue quickly When I moved in everything went smoothly and even the property manager came out and introduced himself! Any questions I had following were also answered quickly. The apartment and property are beautiful and worth the price. I came from a large townhome and was worried about storage. I have more storage here than I have ever had. The giant windows let in a lot of light and the small details are wonderful. I am so happy about having shade instead of blinds. The property is well kept and the other residents have been very kind. I am so happy with everything! Thank you to Jacob, Zach, and Hunter specifically!

I highly recommend living here. Staff is very friendly and the few minor maintenance requests have been taken care of very timely and prompt. It is safe and quiet place to live! They offer much more spacious options compared to others in the area which is a huge plus.

Best place to stay at Brookfield. New Building, Fantastic View, Excellent Service and Friendly Neighborhood. Leasing Office Stuffs are very friendly and cooperative. Highly Recommended!!

The Linx Club is truly a hidden gem. Set back off the main roads and surrounded by a golf course, this property is very peaceful and beautiful. The buildings and amenities are well cared for, and the entire staff goes above and beyond to ensure the tenants are happy. Theresa and Zachary are very responsive to any questions/concerns expressed to them and provide excellent customer service. Over the past year, they've helped us navigate through the transition of being homeowners to tenants, which can be a significant culture change, but thanks to their guidance the transition has been very smooth. Any maintenance related issues are immediately addressed by Justin. And we're confident newly added staff Jaelyn and Shane have the best mentors to expand the great customer service at The Linx Club!

The Linx Club is an absolutely outstanding apartment community that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for apartment living. We sold our condo last year and were looking for an apartment as a temporary living arrangement until we can find another condo or house to purchase. However, we love it here at the Linx Club so much that we are now considering making The Linx our permanent home. The amenities here are awesome - golf simulator, golf course, pool, a well equipped gym, billiards room, underground heated parking with storage lockers and a very beautiful community room. The office staff are all truly excellent - everyone is very professional, responsive, helpful and always friendly and accommodating. The Linx apartment buildings were recently built so we do not have many maintenance requests but when we do, the issues are always addressed and fixed quickly and effectively. The common areas, hallways, elevators and stairways in the buildings are decorated beautifully and kept very clean. The residents here are friendly and respectful of each other. The Linx Club is a remarkable place to live, work and play! We are happy to call it our home now.

I just wanted to let you know what a great maintenance guy you have in Gabe. He fixed or remedied all but one request I had on my list, and that's for a part which is on order. He was knowledgeable and easy-going. Five star review!

As a resident for nearly two years, I can gladly say that the value for the quality of life at the Linx Club is among the best in the Milwaukee suburbs. Competitive rent, central location, first class amenities and great living spaces that are easy to make into a home make this a great property, not to mention being set into a nice executive golf course. The knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly staff of Theresa, Zachary, Jaelyn and Shane do a great job managing and maintaining the property, and I appreciate their attentiveness to the needs of the community. I’m more than happy to recommend the Linx Club at Brookfield Hills if you’re looking for a place to call home.

Our first experience was with Brittany and she video chatted with us to show us the property/unit that we were interested in. She was thorough, extremely friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Brittany answered all of our questions and really made the Linx stand out. We looked at other places and from the first experience, we knew the Linx was the right one. Our situation was stressful because we were moving from out-of-state and had never stepped foot on the property but the Linx team went above and beyond to put us at ease.

We have been living here for 3 weeks and we feel right at home. Theresa, the property manager, is amazing! She makes the residents a real priority and follows-up personally. She is genuine, transparent and funny! Which can be hard to find in a large community.

The community is well landscaped, has great amenities and is super pet-friendly. The cleaning/maintenance/grounds crew frequent often and are just as friendly- they do a great job! The area is safe and well lit. Community space is luxurious! They offer one garage space and a storage unit, which is a major bonus.

The final building just opened, so I’ll assume it will be filled quickly BUT if any of this sounds good to you- reach out to them and you’ll get the same experience I had! 🏳‍🌈 friendly

We have lived in our apartment for just over a month and we have nothing but great things to say! When touring and signing the lease, things went very smoothly. Maintenance has been great and very quick to help. With this being a new building, you expect a few things to happen. Our stove was defective and the glass top shattered after two uses, maintenance was able to get us a replacement in a few days. We also had our entry door shift and was almost impossible to close and lock, maintenance came within a few hours and had it resolved. I have honestly never had such responsive maintenance in other apartments so this is a huge plus! We also love how convenient the grills are and the club house is luxurious! The pool is great, however, can be very crowded from time to time, I'm worried if this will get worse with the last building opening. One suggestion, if possible maybe work with the golf course and the other apartments to maybe create a walking path running parallel to the road? A ton of people walk the busy road, even at night. I just worry about not seeing someone while driving in and hitting someone. Overall we are very satisfied and very happy we chose to live here!

My girlfriend and I have lived at the property since day one of leasing at the new apartments. We just resigned for another year and are so happy to do! Theresa and Mackenzie are phenomenal to work with when it comes to any questions or concerns when it comes to living here. They provide a welcoming and unique atmosphere that radiates throughout the community. They also provide a sense of welcomeness and belonging for anyone looking for a new place to live. I am a big fan of the various amenities that are offered throughout as well. Amenities such as an indoor golf simulator, a community pool with a clubhouse, and a designated indoor parking spot. If you're on the radar for a new place to live I highly recommend scheduling a tour!

I have lived at The Linx Club since September and there are many things I truly like here. There is a generational mix of residents: singles (all ages), young families, families with high schoolers, empty nesters, and young couples. And a great mix of dogs .... all well-behaved and friendly. It's a neighborhood within itself. My apartment is home, it's also my home office, the layout is great, and it's very private. The staff is fantastic and Brenda maintains the interiors with a great amount of pride and perfection. If you have any maintenance issues it's taken care of in minutes.
As a golfer, I love living on a golf course, but look forward to summer and the pool and a chance to meet more of the Linx Club neighborhood.
Moving here from a private home and then a stint downtown was the best decision I made in a long time. Oh, my beagle loves it here and she loves the staff with or without treats....and I always trust my dog's instincts and she says this is the best.

Just moved in a couple of weeks ago. Our two bedroom two bath terrace apartment is perfect for us. We love the outdoor/sunny space we have that we did not have when we lived in a tower. But most importantly, the staff have been incredible. Moving into a brand new unit - you should expect that a few little things need attention. The staff is on them immediately. They are pleasant and polite and so attentive. (Being right on the golf course is awesome too!)

We recently moved into The Linx Club on Pinehurst Court in Brookfield and thought it appropriate to share some thoughts.The units are great. They are recently constructed/brand new, with lots of windows, and plentiful sunshine and light. Huge porches, and an expansive heated underground parking garage, with additional storage, adds favorably to the overall experience. All members of the leasing staff have been professional and welcoming. Brittany and McKenzie have been particularly kind and helpful, having gone out of their way to assist in the transition, and are always positive and eager to please. We are pleased to call The Linx Club our current home, and give it our most favorable unconditional recommendation.

I moved into the Linx Club from an apartment building in Wauwatosa about 3-weeks ago and couldn't be happier. My unit is quiet, the pool is a great place to relax, I have an amazing view of the golf course, the residents are friendly and they respect the property (clean up after their dogs and don't leave their trash outside their units in the hallway), plenty of storage space, and management is responsive. Wish I would've moved here a long time ago!

We moved in to the Linx just before Thanksgiving 2020. Mackenzie was extremely helpful with setting up everything for us for a smooth transition to our new home. We have been very happy with our apartment and more importantly are grateful for a wonderful staff at the Linx Club. A great group of people that are always helpful and listen to our recommendations and requests to make improvements. Very much looking forward to summer and the use of the pool and club house,

A very nice community in a great location. We have only been here a short time, but so far, it is quiet, clean, very well run and the staff is so friendly. The unit we have is laid out spaciously with views of the golf course. (Wish the course would remove all their dead evergreens though). I do wish they had more than one cart for use when coming in with your belongings or groceries as it is often not in the parking garage. Other than that, it does have a "home like" feel to it.

This place is amazing!! The buildings are in the middle of a golf course, and with wonderful views everywhere that I love walking around. All management members are super friendly, nice, and cooperative. They are very responsive to all details. The apartment itself is well equipped and designed, just few flaws from construction, but these things are manageable. I am willing to stay here as much as I can, so I hope the management does not increase the rent so much next year! Would recommend this complex to anyone, especially families and residents with discipline.
