My daughter needed to buy a coat and the salesman was so helpful! Because she had rewards, she got a great deal too. But I was so impressed with the customer service. The gal at the register had their email coupon pulled up already too.

What more can you say? It's Eddie bauer. The clothing cost a little bit more, but that's because you're buying quality clothing. It's not throw away stuff.

Such a welcoming atmosphere, clean, organized, and staff readily available to assist. Found what I was looking for. Eddie Bauer has #1 quality and so much was 50% off, such a blessing. I would definitely return here. I too bought a beautiful winter jacket on sale last year and I just love it!!!

Great experience in the store today. I had two employees help me on the floor, which resulted in two purchases! I got a great winter coat, & being on the smaller side, it’s hard to find coats that fit “right” & i get cold super quickly. I’ve tried brands from Columbia, North Face, Carhartt (still love them) & by far this jacket is keeping me the warmest! Did I mention it also looks fabulous!? Extremely happy with my purchases today.

Fashionable, high-quality gear and clothes for the outdoors (although they also have so many options of coats and shirts just for daily use). Can be pricy but it is easily worth it as their clothes are high quality and will last a long time. The store has a cozy feeling when you enter and all the clothes are organized on racks and shelves so that shopping is made super easy. By far my favorite place to buy warm and comfy clothes for any season or occasion.

Quality clothing, friendly and helpful staff. Was approached by a staff member right away, but she wasn't pushy in the slightest, and made some good recommendations. When she was done telling me about some of the new products that I might be interested in, she left me alone to browse, but made herself available for any further questions.

Very good service. I called to get a replacement for my pullover fleece due to it ripping in the sleeve. They didn't have the replacement in the store, so one of the employee went online and had it sent to my house. Very pleased with the service.
