We had a very enjoyable and productive experience at suburban Ford Romeo. I cannot speak well enough of Alfonso and Josie on the sales team. They were absolutely spectacular and knowing what I wanted and how to get it for me. My family and myself have recently purchased or leased approximately nine vehicles from the Romeo team. I would recommend them to family friends and anybody looking for somebody they feel they need to trust to get them into something they can afford.

Just want to say I am VERY PLEASED with this dealership! EVERYONE top down from the GM Antonio to my sales rep Jeremy Mexico! Ive had good experiences and bad with other dealerships...Over and above with them! No junk fees, no hidden agendas just making sure your satisfied and happy with your purchase! I came from 2000 miles away just to work with them! Everything they said was exactly what I got when I flew in! They also helped me with shipping it back so I dont put unnecessary miles on my beautiful blue truck! Hands down would buy again and next time Im looking will reach out to see what they have...If I could give them 10 stars I would! Set up an appointment to test drive a Chevy Colorado Zr2, was helped by saleswoman Carissa Gray. You are allowed to test drive alone which is nice, I ended up going with a different truck from a private seller, but while I worked with Carissa she was very upfront and helpful. Would recommend this dealership if you are looking for a good used car!

I am very pleased with this dealership. They were very helpful by answering my questions. The salesman (Martin) kept in touch with me throughout the time. I live over 500 miles away and Martin sent photos and videos of the vehicle. After the purchase help helped me getting it shipped to me. I want to thank Martin and all the staff.

I wasn’t positive about which car I wanted, until I saw how nice the 2024 Escape really is!! I had a 2016 Escape, so I wanted another, turns out its even better!! Very Happy!!

I had been searching for a specific used vehicle for my soon to be 16 yr old for over 4 months. I finally found the exact one at Suburban Ford of Romeo in Michigan. One small problem was that I live in Georgia. From the moment I sent an inquiry, I received nothing but professional and exceptional service WITHOUT the sales pressure. My sales contact was Hillary and she made sure she answered EVERY question I had regarding the vehicle. If she did not know, she would find out and follow-up right away. Her assistant, Christian, was also amazing and sent me detailed photos and videos of the vehicle. Being over 900 miles away and not being able to test drive or checkout other mechanical aspects of the vehicle, I was extremely reluctant. However, I was able to set up a 3rd party inspection. The dealership was amazing about this also. They welcomed it and I had zero problems getting the inspection completed as soon as I set it up. Once I decided to move forward with the purchase, James and Sal were both very accommodating and again answered every question I had regarding the paperwork, financing, shipment, etc. Once the vehicle arrived, I was again blown away by how they took the time to ensure it was detailed and in great condition. Hilary even left a gift for my daughter in the passenger seat! The team at Suburban Ford of Romea is definitely world class! I can't thank them enough for everything they did above and beyond!

Anthony was our sales representative. It was an enjoyable experience. We had a rough idea as to what we were looking for in a vehicle, but were open to options. He was very knowledgeable in telling us to expect price-wise which helped narrow our search. After test driving, we selected the year, make, model and returned a few months later to make our purchase, at which time he showed us which vehicles he had on hand that fit our choice. We test drove the exact vehicle we would be purchasing, and the paperwork was quickly processed and on our way we went. I feel that the staff overall was attentive and helpful.

My 2022 Explorer had a few recalls that needed to be taken care of so I took it to Suburban Ford of Romeo. Note that I bought this vehicle 2 years ago from another dealer that isn’t as conveniently located to where I live.

I bought a Ford from another brand dealership's used car lot. I needed a 2nd key fob, and the TPMS sensors fixed. I called and scheduled an appointment, dropped the car off, there was a delay for additional parts, handled properly, all fixed. I dealt with one person for all communication, which was great because he knew what was going on the whole time. Special thank you Ian, you did an excellent job, and should I need this car to visit again, I hope you're available.

Had to buy a used car and short notice that didn’t cost a whole lot. I think I got a good one. It was so one thing wrong with it and the company kindly fixed it right away and didn’t give me any kind of hassle and I hope that if I’m in need of another car or I know somebody in my family it is they will go there and take a look and buy from them. The two ladies that took care of me were so helpful, and I think they should get a raise
