This place is fantastic now that they are settled in and able to have a cook on staff!

Great change from mobile. Things you need conveniently and hot food . I have no idea what this last person was talking about .

Friendly staff and clean building, however the coffee/cappuccino selection leaves a LOT to be desired. They could use more bakery, but for the size and location literally next to the highway exit... hard to beat

I've only been there once since the change from Mobile and maybe I was there on a bad day, but my initial impression is: if you think that the customer's experience should be prioritized over the employeesl's social life like I do, you will be disappointed. But, like I said, only one visit, I hope it's not a trend.

Slow pump. 15 minutes to fill. Didn't want to lose the 15 cents off of a gallon. Had to stay. Called Station. They said that they knew about the problem. Why not bag and close the pump? Stood by vehicle while filling. Started hearing fuel hit the ground. The automatic shut off was not working either. Now I had a fuel covered vehicle and fuel on the ground. Looked like about a gallon or close to it. Entered car wash. Called Station 3 times before I got an answer. Really? Told them who I was and reported automatic shut off failure. Said they should turn off and bag the pump. I was told by the second person that a repair guy was notified and they were waiting for the repair guy. I told the second person that they needed to shut down the pump due to possible catastrophic accident. I was told the repair guy was notified and the were not going to shut off the pump. I argued my point to no avail. I was beyond upset. Risking lives by not flipping a switch to disable the pump? I was furious! I left the station and called Kwik Trip. I informed them of the situation and the fact that I was not going to have a possible catastrophic accident on my conscience. I told them what had happened, as well as me stopping another customer from using pump 10 when I exited the car wash. And that I couldn't believe I was calling Kwik Trip about the situation, but I had to get the pump shut down. Kwik Trip apologized for the situation and said they would immediately contact their sister station and get the pump shut down. Very thankful for Kwik Trip. 10 stars for them. Negative stars for Stop N Go. Who in their right mind would risk someone else's life because they are too lazy to flip a switch and bag a pump? Or just disable the pump if you don't want to walk outside! I am beyond furious at the people I spoke to at Stop N Go. They were informed of a potential life threatening issue. And wouldn't render the situation safe by turning off the pump. So I had a slow pump and got gas on my vehicle, so what. But I will not stand for someone's laziness putting someone else in harms way. Those employees should be fired for negligence.
