Arby's

We needed to reschedule our Christmas dinner order from Saturday to Sunday. Spoke with John and he was so nice and accommodating! Wonderful experience.

Love this location! Always fresh & hot food here. Their new crinkle fries are the best and way better than McDonald's fries in my opinion. Never thought I'd say that, but Arby's succeeded in better fries now. Please don't ever take them away again.
Now..I could've given 1 star today (4/15/22 at 3:45 pm) though for the treatment I received today from a rather nasty young lady working the drive thru, but I'm rating the restaurant versus her bad attitude. One rotten apple.
After I left the drive thru, I realized they gave me curly fries instead of crinkle fries so I had to park & now actually go inside the store to exchange them.
As I explained to a nice young man that my fries were incorrect, the young lady working the drive thru hid behind a wall as she screamed very loudly "She f**king ordered curly fries, what the f**k is she saying?" So I yelled from the other side of the counter that she's dead wrong and rather than curse about me, while I'm right there but can't see her, she should've said "Oh I thought I heard her say curly fries, my mistake, let's get some new crinkle fries down for her right away". That's how it's supposed to be done to provide great customer service. I know because I used to work in fast food.
The other 2 gentlemen working there were very gracious & handled my situation perfectly by getting me freshly cooked crinkle fries that I gladly waited for & they let me keep the curly fries rather than throw them away. I feel sorry for them having to work with her. It must suck for them.
Mistakes happen, but her attitude running the drive thru was beyond unacceptable.
A manager needs to straighten her out or just get her out of there altogether before you lose business because of her poor attitude and very loud & foul mouth.

Decided to stop for lunch. Restraunt was clean, i appreciated the workers wearing gloves preparing the food. Food was hot & tasted good.

Well the half pounder is my choice, and the arbys sauce is my choice.
The curly fries our awesome with either ketchup arby sauce.

Love there Greek Gyros! Good service. Tried there spicy Gyro. Was good if you like spicy meats, but not as good as the original Greek Gyros. 2 for 6$ A very good price for how much you get.

I like Arby's. Like the Roast beef. Love the Gyro sandwich..
Love the cream horseradish sauce they have.

Delicious food. Didn't have to wear mask, place was clean, employees were polite & helpful. Had the mozzarella sticks yummy. Also had one of there jalapeno poppers & the jalapeno popped right out when I took a bite. Had the smokehouse brisket but was too full to try it yet

The employees were very efficient and friendly. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Everything was clean, including the restrooms. This Arby's is one of the best we have eaten at and will continue to visit when in the mood for their delicious meals.

Friendly staff, a little longer than expected to receive food (2 roast beef sandwiches) but everything was good and fresh and had a good experience. Just order food, take the dog for a quick potty break, use their clean bathrooms, then get back on your way. I'll stop back again when driving through, you shouldn't be disappointed.

Love the food and fast friendly service. Just wish they would have the dinning room open more.

Usually my fast food experiences are bad but going here with my son was a great experience thanks to April. No not just because she gave us a cookie lol but because when she saw us she greeted us in a well professional manner, made me feel welcomed (which is never the case around this area) as me and my son are eating I hear her laughing with good spirits. That's the kind of vibe people want to be around during their visits to any store, fast food, restaurant ect. So way to go April, you keep it up. Thanks for the good experience here in beaver dam at Arby's. You have no competition around here, Wendy's sucked last time I had it including the unprofessional service they had. I'll never go there again.

Never a problem with this restaurant. Always friendly, fast for fresh food, never stail fries, order is always right. Cheaper for my family then McDonald's and better

We just moved out here from Milwaukee and I have to say I'm impressed with this Arby's. I stopped eating Arby's in Milwaukee because the food was prepared horribly (half the meat out of the bun, buns squished super flat, cold fries, etc...) This place, the sandwich was beautiful, looked like the menu picture if you can believe it! Hot fresh fries, soda with full flavor! I'm excited to have Arby's back.

It had been a long time since we ate in at Arby's. The food was good. Like many places, there is a shortage of workers but we consider waiting a bit longer for food to be applicable. We just chatted while we waited.

We were not able to use the drive thru due to hauling our camper. I was able to call and they accommodated a walk up drive thru order. The staff were all kind and efficient. Thank you for accommodating my request!

Employees are super friendly and professional even though I just had a drive thru order. We ordered a lot of food and they were still very timely and friendly! The food was great quality and I highly recommend!

Being short staffed you may gave to wait a bit, but it's worth it. The wait isn't any different then at a sit down restaurant.

Wonderful food, it's great how servicable they are. My favorite is the mozz sticks are amaze. Their curlies are pretty great too. No where has roasty sammies like arbs. Go there is you want some yummy in your yummy. The manager was so nice, she hooked me up with a soda. The wait isn't bad at all.

Most the crew here knows me only because my kids work here. But I see lots of teamwork. And that's what makes a great work environment
