Older lady today was very kind and welcoming place was very well stocked of everything and clean the bathroom was clean aswell better here then going to the local kwik trips.

i wish there was an option for zero stars. i brought in 3 rifles and gave specific instructions that i wanted just the barrels taken off the guns. before driving almost a half hour i called to confirm they could do this. almost a week goes by with no call i finally call them. they said they had been calling a different number than i gave. just to find out instead of doing what i asked and removing the barrels they took off the actions. This is NOT what i asked to be done. and worst of all they took apart my 300 blackout and dont know how to put it back together. now here i am with a brand new gun not even fired that i have to figure out what was done to it. I ABSOLUTELY do NOT reccomend taking your guns to this place for any work whatsoever. the staff member at the gun counter the day we brought them in was rude on top of it. ZERO stars of of 5 if you ask me

Would give it a .5 star rating if I could Terrible service I went in for a vuse and a $3 LotteryScratcher and she ends up giving me a $20 dollar lottery ticket when that is completely on the other side of the $3 ones and then she proceeds to say they don’t sell vuse when I literally was looking straight at them

Second time i drove almost an hour after speaking with someone to bring a trade in. Get there and the guy who looks at trades isn’t there and loballs you over the phone for your trade. Will never do business here again
