My daughter &I came into the Waupun,WI location on 5/4/23 checked out at 5:12pm. I was a daily to take the survey wanted to compliment a worker named Caitlyn who came to photo to help us with a last minute picture My daughter needed to make a gift for her friend that was graduating nursing school. She was very helpful and friendly. She was quick to help us and we made it on time to the ceremony as we were running late and scared we weren't going to be there on time. Thank you so much Caitlyn!

Very helpful my grandma goes there whenever she needs her prescription and they are always nice to her

Nicole in the pharmacy is absolutely amazing!!!!!! She recognizes people by name. Super helpful and goes out of her way to help people. She deserves a raise!!!

The employees are very nice, I've never had an issue with anyone working here. The pharmacy hours are extremely rough though. I work during the entirety of their hours and with no weekend hours it means that I can only feasibly pick up my RXs two days during the week. I've started using the Beaver Dam Walgreens for convenience.

Their stock is somewhat limited and certain things are far more costly than if you just went to Walmart instead. This is a really good place to get vitamins and lotion though. They tend to have a lot of deals. I've gone here probably five times over the last six months and every time I've gone there's been a buy one get one deal on the vitamins.

I really like their rewards program as well. The paperless receipts is great. I think the only real way that this place can improve in my eyes would be to have 1-2 self checkouts. Their employees tend to be pretty slow at checking out and bagging compared to other stores.

Please fix the HUGE POT HOLES in your parking lot !
