All Beaver Dam staff were helpful. But, "Higgins" went above and beyond to provide great customer service. He found a tarp to protect my rental car's trunk and loaded several cement pavers. He did this with a kind, and gracious spirit.

Just had trusses dropped off by kett transport. Driver did a excellent job was timely and put everything right where I needed it. Thank you!

If you know what you need and know where to find it. Then it rates a 5 star.
But if you can't find it there us usually no one around to help. Then it rates a 1 star.

Delivered drywall and met Howard to get unloaded. My personal experience with him was fantastic. He is very hard working and aware of time. Plus helps guests at the same time. Probably the best menards employee in the region at menards. I highly recommend this store for best in class service due to how Howard was on top of everything.

It is a big store. Has a garden center, they have all kinds of things from food, hardware, lighting, outdoor furniture, plumbing, automotive just to name a few. Had to ask for help to find a few things I needed & the gentleman was very helpful. Don't have to wear mask. Also when I checked out cashier was very polite & listen to what I had to say.

Always find what we need at descent prices

Yesss, danget you have to drag smaller yard items on a cart through the store and all and the yard can be a mess sometimes, but recently I had a known customer try to buy his own fence materials (usually I dont let the customer do that). But! He misplaced a latch assembly that comes with yardworks 4x6 vinyl gates and i went back and thought to look. Sure enough it was laying there 🙄. The building manager let me take it! Thank you for that.

I had a huge order online. (18' enclosed trailer filled to the top!) It was a great experience. They pull everything off the shelf and have it ready for you!!! The guy helping me tonight was excellent and hope he gets a good review due to his customer service!

One of my favorite stores!! Love their sales and their intermittent 11% rebate specials.. so grateful for that. They always have everything I need.

When you have a sale, please stock up enough items so we can all buy some..lol

This is a great store. And for the most part, what makes it a great store are the people working there. The wide selection of products is a benefit too. We have had the department managers, as well as other employees go the second mile for us many times.

And another little known benefit to the store is, they have the best prices in town on things like: Cereal, gram crackers, chips, toothpaste, shampoo, deodorant, just to name a few of the things we get there other than building materials.

Bought mulch today and helped by Jonathon, he was friendly and helpful and when he was finished with us he jumped in to help another customer and then another- he has great work ethic and you should make sure he's appreciated.

We were at the Beaver Dam store today to look buy bathroom cabinet, etc. A shout out to a gal Carmen. She was the best customer service person ever ever. And thanks to Roger,too.

I can pick up anything from household items to automotive to snacks and hardware. They have it all.

Very helpful staff. Our fridge that we bought was missing handles....the staff member that we talked to was great!! I wish I could remember her name. She is calling the company and having them shipped to our home. I love our neighborhood Menards!!

I was looking for a few very specific things to pass an appraiser's inspection. This young lady helped this grandma who knew exactly what she wanted, without condescension, and guided her to the right aisles and right items.
I'm not from the Midwest, and Menards is a new place, but I'm liking it.

I like Menards over home depot. Menards has what I am looking for where home depot never have what I need and they tell me I can get it online. When I'm in the store to buy it now, not wait for days to get it. Don't they get it...?

Not always the highest quality on lumber, but they almost always have what you need. Good people working there will always help. Kinda funny, but there food prices are not bad. Deals on chips, pizza, and such. Also buy the dog and cat food for a good price. Otherwise they have a great selection on paint, lumber, flooring, lights, etc. There is a whole outdoor area for summer landscaping projects. Over all great store.

I always like their stores. Their face mask policy makes me especially impressed.

Not like some stores that advertise sale items and then not having them available.

My husband and I went looking for a rug at the BeaverDam location and luckily we had Dan help us 2 different times, he even help us find something at the other end of store when nobody else knew where to look. Thank you Dan you made my shopping easier

Always friendly staff. I never have a problem finding what I'm looking for.
