This place is a hidden gem. The owner is very friendly and asks if you need any help. There’s many Mexican goodies that you can find here. They also have fresh tacos and burritos you can order and is really tasty. I tried several of their tacos and they have mild and hot sauce that comes with it. It’s affordable and you can order it with rice and beans if you want that. They have tres leches cake that is in the fridge which are my fave. It’s definitely something to try if you are into tacos and in the area.

First time ordering a carry out. Outstanding authentic Mexican food and the owner was very nice. Will definitely order a carryout again. A good local gem. A must try if you like true authentic Mexican food.

Food was delicious, we had steak tacos and steak quesadilla. Excellent and quick service. We will be back for the nachos next.

The food was really very good and authentic. Flavors were great and quality for price was good as well. We got the barbacoa and tamales. The tamales were amazing, really good flavor and good sized. The barbacoa was really good to it was just a little fatty. The corn she'll seemed fresh made there and the Verde it came with had great flavor. The came with a nice size lime as well. I only gave a 4 on food because the temperature didn't seem quite hot enough and we didn't even take it home to eat it. We ate it there. Seemed room temp. And the 4 for atmosphere is because we ate at the tables outside and they were quite dirty with old food and bird droppings. It just needs to be sprayed down once a day and it would be much better. Love the store in there with so many great option for Mexican ingredients for cooking at home. I will definitely be back for the tamales and some groceries as well.

Popped in to get the “Tiktik famous candy” My daughter LOVED IT me not so much lol but I DID love the Delicious pork tamale!!!! The man behind the counter was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back

Best street taco around. My favorite is the steak with avocado and salsa verde. They have everything you need to make traditional Mexican food from spices to tomatillos and cactus leaves. They also have a phenomenal section of imported candies and sodas. Great idea for gift basket for your friend who loves Mexican treats.

My absolute favorite taco place in Washington MI!!! This is a hidden gem with an authentic taste to their street tacos. The rice and beans are pretty amazing. I eat at the place at least twice a week. They also have produce and awesome milk cake. Get the strawberry. There are many other items in the store to purchase such as avocados etc Nonetheless do yourself a favor and get a few carne asada tacos then thank me later!

I've become a bit of a street taco snob in recent years and this is by far my favorite place in the area. Tacos are perfect.

Amazing tamales! Can't get anything close in this area

My favorite place hands down, I come here and get greeted very well everytime like family. I recommend and bring all my friends here to experience the store perspectives of different cooking ware, ingredients, all the way to the best authentic corn husk tamales ,carnitas tacos, & more.

I spend 3 months a year in Mexico and I’m always missing the food. El Pueblo recently changed that for me. From my lime Fritos to their amazing taco and more... it truly takes me back every time. So thankful for this place.
