Best jiffy lube ever!!! Called in to get my 1999 4Runner oil changed battery changed and filter. Came in at 4:49pm place closed at 5:00pm the guys there stayed got the job done for me and I was able to make it back home safe. Thank you so much!!!

Best oil change experience I’ve ever had!! In the past I’ve felt like I’m being taken advantage of at other local oil change places, but Myles and the team at the Jiffy Lube in Pabst Farms took such good care of my car, and the service was SO QUICK. When Myles closed the hood I asked if he could top up my wiper fluid and he had already drained it and filled it without me even noticing, that’s how fast the service was! I’m so glad I’ve found this place, I’ll never go anywhere else. Thanks again Myles & team!

I dread emissions tests because it always feels like service people hate doing them but Anthony absolutely did not make me feel like a burden. He was so friendly and kind. Same with Ladarius. Great experience!

I would highly recommend this location as I have now visited twice and have received excellent customer service both times! They take the time to go through what work you wish to have done, recommendations (not pushy), current promotions and are quick/efficient in performing the work. Julia and Calvin were both helpful.

Amazing service today came in and Chad let us know right away that he was the only one working today his crew members were out. The guys at Jiffy Lube OCON are great! I came in panicked over the summer because my tire had warm down to the wire very quickly and wasn’t safe to drive on. It was a Saturday and Eric went out of his way and drove to get the tires so I could drive safely. Eric and David both provided excellent customer service and took great care of my car so I could drive safely! I was so grateful for the service at this location!

It was my first time there, expecting only a quick and easy tire rotation. Myles paid close attention to the details of my vehicle and noticed flat spots on my rear tires and knew the cause and told me what needed to be done. I was told the options and prices for the next steps. Everything was figured out quick and they work efficiently to resolve the problem. Eric and Myles were the two I worked hand and hand with and they were very friendly and helpful taking me through the process. I would highly recommend coming here! Thank you Myles and Eric!

Amazing! Not only were they kind and friendly but quick as well, I think I was only there for 30 minutes and that’s with other customers ahead of me. Julia and Chad not only did my oil change but also replaced my brake light with the quickness. I recommend everyone to come here for their standard maintenance on their vehicle. The staff at jiffy lube in oconomowoc is AMAZING. By far the best experience I have had getting an oil change. They were quick, informative, professional, and didn’t try to force me to buy anything I didn’t want. And such nice guys too! I won’t be going anywhere else for oil changes. 10/10.

I went in for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation. It was my first time visiting a Jiffy Lube. I had the pleasure of working with Myles, who was knowledgeable, informative, and very personable. Myles did a fantastic job, and I look forward to returning in the future for my vehicle servicing needs.

First visit to this location and I will continue to come back. Their service was outstanding, but to find out they vacuumed my floors and washed my windows reminded me of days gone by when customer service was at this level. Way to go!

Never been there before as it opened recently but I will be back again. Friendly and good service. Nice A/C in the waiting room. They also did my headlights which needed a good polishing and they look like new. Don’t forget to use the $10 coupon I found on their website.

My technician Myles, is a rockstar! Was personable, professional, and quick.
First time here - as I usually go to the dealership but after this great experience I’ll forsure be back - since it’s also way more convenient.

They are excellent and friendly at this location. If I ever have an issue or strange noise I go here and they will take a look for free. Frankly everyone at this location deserves a raise.
