This smaller, local hardware store is a gem in the era of big box stores.

I went in specifically for 8 stainless steel screws, washers and nuts. And was able to buy just 8( not a box of 25 or a pack of 12). This was perfect for my project.

They’ve got a nice selection of grills and BBQ stuff too ( with people who you can actually talk with to get info about them). Try the Traeger Veggie Rub to season your veggies ( grill

Upon walking in I was immediately assisted. I thought to myself here we go, I'm wasting my time. I told the assistant what I needed.

To my astonishment the gentleman showed me the 5/8-OD, -/- 3/8 OD, 90° compression shut off valve . Also it was a - quarter turn - , which I forgot about but the assistant did not. Then this gentleman walked me over to the cash register and asked if that would complete my order. Then he personally completed the transaction.

In-N-Out less than 10 minutes. Try that in your big box store.

I am a contractor, quality parts and doing things in a timely matter is a MUST, and you guys nailed it.

This place has things figured out. The staff is phenomenal! I have gone here two times for random projects and both times John has gone way above and beyond to help me find the best solution. Today, John helped me repair a tool that was broken, which took time, thought, knowledge, and experience. John was quick to find the parts that I would need and physically assisted me with repairing my tool. This is service that you do not find anywhere else these days. Hometown service can be found at this store. Great job to everyone that I encountered today, thank you very much John once again!

Always so friendly and helpful. Plus they carried everything to my car. Really like shopping here. I asked for paint match for two different colors and the employee took his time to carefully prepare a swatch to ensure a good match.

It is a great place to shop.

Love coming here compared to the big box store for odds and ends. The staff is helpful, and prices are not much more than bigger stores. If they dont have the filter I need for my humidifier, they order it and call when it comes in. Good old fashioned customer service!

They’re a pretty knowledgeable and fairy friendly. While looking for certain light bulbs, I got a real education on what to look for. It’s also nice not to have to park so far away like I would at Menards or Lowes.

The staff always does their best to take care of me! Had an issue recently with a new purchase and they fixed it with no questions asked. Great team, great quality!

I went to here this weekend in horrible weather. My window was stuck fully open in snow and 30+ wind conditions. I parked a little ways away and came in to buy plastic sheets and tape to cover my window for my 2 hour drive back from school. I had fast and helpful service and went outside to try to patch the window. The man who had helped me, Brian, must have noticed me trying to fix the window in the horrible conditions and came out without a coat or gloves to help me cover my window. What would have taken me 20 minutes was done beautifully in less than 5 minutes! This is the place to go for quality service.

Much like any other Ace hardware store, Holland Ace Hardware provides excellent personalized service. People greet you and see if they can help you in any way and every way possible. I especially like the fact that I can get specific individual bolts or screws or nails and not have to buy a whole box of them. And it's so much easier to do than in those big box stores. So if you want great service, excellent selection, and the occasional sale, go to your nearest Ace Hardware. My preference is Holland Ace Hardware.

I usually go in here to do my ups returns for Amazon... The good thing about this place is that they have extended hours. The ups counter is towards the back but someone up front usually helps with the parcels.

I recently used this Ace Hardware to replace the screen on a sliding screen door. I called several places and then called Ace. Should have called them first. They did a great job and it only took a day. Thanks Ace. Keep up the good work.

As a broke single mom, when something breaks, I just go straight to Ace. I know I can walk in the door, tell whoever greets me what I need and within minutes I'll have it and be on my way. That service is the best!
