Kathy the person that helped me with my purchase was very patient, polite, and very thorough in answering my questions and concerns about the all in one combo washer and dryer. Kathy was very honest. When she didn’t know the answer she researched it and got back with me. I was confident in placing my purchase order after speaking to Kathy. Great customer service at North Gate Appliances. I also got the best deal for the size of the machine I wanted.

Kevin was a very knowledgeable salesman on all the brands they sell. Decided on the Electrolux laundry tower. Love it! It's very quiet compare to my old machine.

We had an excellent experience at Northgate purchasing our new induction stove. Very knowledgeable staff- Mark was very helpful with comparisons and spent lots of time with us. Showing us features and demonstrating how to use the appliance. Smooth delivery, Corey and Josh were great- also super knowledgeable- seamless install and they tried all the burners and oven for us and explained the features and controls really well. They carted our old stove off- loved our dogs and …. Our dogs loved them…. ( my dogs are great judges of character!)

We were notified early in the AM with a 2-hour window (work was started and completed within the window) and again 40 minutes before they arrived. The 2 gentlemen (earned that designation) checked where the appliance was to go, brought it in especially carefully around corners, and installed it. Again, the old one was carefully taken out. One gentleman demonstrated how it worked and answered questions we had. Terrific job. Thanks.

I called Northgate about our dishwasher, not cleaning the dishes as well. The person I talked to spent at least a half hour discussing different things that could be wrong turned up. I’ve never cleaned the dishwasher and the top rack wasn’t always pushed up against the Wall of the dishwasher so the connection to the spinner wasn’t right. Northgate Is very user-friendly and when we have to replace this dishwasher It will be the place that we go

Elijah & Josh were professional, kind and courteous. The way they work so well together is truly amazing. Showed up exactly on time. They are the benchmark for how delivery’s should always be.

This is one of the few excellent organizations to deal with. The salesman was courteous and patiently answered all of my questions. The courtesy and patience followed through with the delivery men. They went the extra distance to solve a couple of problems, at our end, with installation. I, also, like that service does not end with the sale and installation.

What a great staff!!! Our salesman, Jim was so well informed & knowledgeable & able to guide us in selecting our washer/dryer. The installers too were able to make sure I was understanding how to operate the appliances.

Everyone involved was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Mark and Steve even took the time to find as many deals/rebates/discounts as possible and made sure I had all the information I needed. Delivery and set up was so smooth, Steve and Josh were so friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Northgate for being AWESOME!

Cory & Eli exceeded any expectations I could have ever Imagined!
I drove up to my driveway & the township had dumped 4' of snow at the end of my driveway. They arrived 10 minutes later & helped shovel & creatively found a way to get in the driveway to deliver the new fridge. The new install went so well but was uneventful & well performed after the drama of getting it to the house. A job well done. Will always recommend Northgate. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Northgate, from ordering to installation. Thank you, Steve, who was very professional and thorough.

We were very happy with our experience with Northgate Appliance. I had my new Fisher PayKal wall oven installed. It went very smooth and didn't take too much time either. All the different options on the menus were tried, and we feel much more comfortable with the different features. Steve showed us how to take the door off and how the racks worked. He even turned it on to go through the first run to burn off the chemicals that are put on the racks. Now the stink is gone and it's ready for the first meal.
I'm sure I will get a lot of years use of this oven. Plus it's a comfort to know that Northgate will service the appliances they sell. Thanks again Northgate.
