The was fantastic. I don't know about the optometrist I had to go somewhere else to get my prescription for my glasses. Worst thing in a very upset about it it's been 3 weeks and I have not gotten my glasses. Also they only have an eye doctor there twice a month that's terrible.

First time at Herslof. Michele and Marina were so kind and helpful. Dr. Blankenbehler was very professional. I would recommend this office in Oconomowoc to everyone without hesitation.

Marina and Michelle are fantastic! They deserve five stars everyday! I gave it 4 stars because I had an issue with the Dr.s bedside manner and how he treated his staff. The day of my exam was not my finest visit. I understand there is an optomitrist shortage in Wisconsin, but when I called to speak with someone they never returned my call about my concerns. The intrium doctor was my first issue with this company. Hopefully the permanent doctor will have a better bedside manner.

There’s 2 parts to my review. First are my interactions with the staff and the 2nd is my overall experience.

First off, the staff has always been friendly. They’ve always done a good job of returning any phone calls fairly quickly and have always had a great attitude.

However, my overall experience has been terrible. I stopped into this location on 8/5 to order prescription safety glasses for work. I was told it would take a couple of weeks and I would get a phone call when they come in. However, by 8/21 I still had not received my glasses and called. The gentleman was very nice, but told me that my glasses were still on order. He told me that it would probably take another week or two.

Well, 9/9 came around and still no glasses. I called and had to leave a voicemail. Within a couple of hours I received a voicemail stating that my glasses were still on order and that they have no idea how long it will take.

I’ve never experienced a vision center taking this long to get glasses in. I’m now going on 6 weeks with no timetable for pick up.

I’ll update if I ever receive my glasses.

Doctor refused to do an eye exam (yet charged for one), and when I politely pointed out that I came in specifically for one, as I have a lot of eye issues, he began yelling at me. I asked him to at least put a mask on; commence more yelling with some gaslighting on his end. When I called corporate to report his behavior, they said I was lying, and that I was never to come to their locations *this was once they learned I reported them and their "doctor" and staff for taking absolutely no COVID precautions. I would give zero stars but it is not an option.
