We love Village Floor! We first used them 11 years ago for a new kitchen counter. This time Tricia helped us pick the perfect floor, counter with built in sinks for our 2 bathrooms. She asked the right questions and made suggestions. Scheduling was easy and everything happened as expected. They will take good care of you.

Tara was the absolute best to work with to help us design our new home. She helped with all selections for LVP, Carpet, Counters, Tile, and Paint Colors which exceeded our expectations. She gave us many choices, was very responsive and worked extra hours to accommodate our busy schedules. Thank you Tara!

Tricia was fantastic to work with. She was knowledgeable, patient and kept us within our budget. She made the whole remodeling process fun and enjoyable. We are so happy with the options we selected.

This was our second time working with Village Floor in Blaine. First time was the Carpet in our Basement when we finished it in 2010. We came back to them this year to redo our all of our Main Level flooring. We replaced ceramic tile in the entry, bathroom, and mud room with LVP and replaced the kitchen hardwood with LVP as well. In addition to that, we replaced the carpet on the main level and stairs with an updated style. The results were exactly what we were hoping for, and working with Tricia Bloch as our design consultant was a very pleasant experience. The installers both for the LVP and Carpet were very nice and did a great job with everything. When the time comes to redoing the flooring upstairs, we will be back.

This is the third time over the years we've used Village Floor & Wall for a project and we've been delighted with the results of each. Tricia is a talented designer and so much fun to work with, and the carpet installers Jesse and Dom were great, as well. We love our loft makeover!

I worked with Katy at Village Floor & Wall on a fairly complex project and after some spitballing we came up with a plan that suited my needs perfectly with some very high quality carpet turned rugs! Excellent team at this place that can help you get what you want or help you figure out what you need. Would recommend to everyone!

Tara gives the BEST customer service experience you could ever ask for! She definitely goes above and beyond! We have worked with her picking out countertops, tile, carpet and paint colors. She has a real knack for design. She provided many options for design but really got to know us and our personal style to make our house feel like a home. We are definitely going to recommend her to our friends and family. Tara is like working with a friend but even better!

We started working with Village Floor last year and it's the only flooring store I'll ever use! Tremendous selection, priced right and service is reliable and predictable. Five Stars for Tara, too. Just an excellent consultant, she's super knowledgeable and provides excellent guidance on the decision making process. Highly recommend!!!

We moved into a home and the carpet to hardwood transition between the living room and kitchen was butted together, and the carpet was starting to peel up and shred. I contacted Village floor and they sent someone out to take a look at it right away and came up with the solution to add a reducer to clean up the issue. The hardwood flooring was discontinued but they were able to order an unfinished reducer and stain it to match perfectly. When everything was ready they sent out a crew to work on the hardwood followed by a carpeting guy. The final product looks great! I will definitely do business with them again.

Amy was great at helping me pick out vinal plank flooring and tile for my bath remodel. Normally, I wind up shopping through dozens of stores before I find something I like. Village Floors had exactly what I had in mind for the floor and Amy found the perfect tile to match both the floor and a biscuit colored tub. Very happy.

We are working with Tricia and have had the BEST experience ever! We were happy to find a local, family owned business to work with. We are finishing our basement and were very overwhelmed with making so many choices and figuring out a timeline for our project. Tricia went above and beyond SO many times. She also made things so much less nerve-wracking! She gave us guidance and support in ways that we did not even realize we needed! Her expertise in colors and materials was spot on and encouraged us to see her vision but also allowed us to make our own decisions when we felt strongly about it. She is honest to a fault and we know she has had our best interest in mind at ALL times. There is no “stupid question” to her. She made us feel so comfortable and the trust we have in her is unprecedented. If there have been any hiccups, she has taken care of it IMMEDIATELY! (Very few hiccups, I might add, in a year long project!) She books out a bit for a first appointments but it is 100% worth the wait! All the contractors have been wonderful and very attention to detail and professional. I would highly recommend Village Floor for any project and would refer specifically to Tricia! Check them out! You will not be disappointed! I will also add that EVERYONE is amazing in the company, we just happened to work mostly with Tricia. 😉

In the beginning of 2021 we shopped all around for a contractor to replace the existing flooring on the main level of our home. Not only did Village Floor & Wall have the best pricing for our vinyl plank flooring, they have a fantastic group of people to work with.
Starting with Tara in sales who sent us photo's of our product in other homes with the same color schemes and offered sound advice . She always made us feel like we mattered.
Then we met with Doug for our measurement. Again, nothing but kind and pleasant. He provided very helpful insights on how our project installation could go the most smoothest.
We finished with our installation crew of Curt and Jeremy. These guys were courteous and got their work done very efficiently.
Every facet with Village Floor was a pleasant experience and we will go to them first with our next project.

ever need anything done at their homes. I was also in need of more
cleaning products for our wood floors so I was happy to see you
carried it in the showroom and was able to purchase some that day.

Secondly, I was SO impressed with the couple that came to do our tear
out and installs. They were friendly, professional and worked very
hard.

Village Floor provided the engineered hardwood floors and carpet for a large lower level finishing project. Amy was excellent in helping us with the selections. She took the time to understand what we wanted, gave us ideas, options and sound advice. Her experience led us to an outstanding result. The installation crews were highly skilled and professional. The hardwood flooring pieces came in various widths and lengths. It was installed precisely and looks beautiful. We did run into an unusual issue with installation. We were extremely impressed at how their management, Katy, got involved and worked hard to resolve the issue. We are not a big customer or builder yet we got fantastic response and support. This is a trait of a great business. We highly recommend Village Floor.

We had a fantastic experience working with Village Floor. Our salesperson, Tara, did an excellent job helping us pick out the perfect carpet and wood flooring. She quickly understood our style preference that helped make our selections quick and easy. The wood flooring installers were truly amazing as we had an unusual staircase with several angles and they took the time and effort to make sure it was a high quality job.

Worked with Tara for our kitchen remodel. She was fabulous! You can tell she has a passion and really loves what she does. The entire team was knowledgeable and great to work with whether it be selecting materials, ordering, scheduling, measuring, or the final install. We are very happy with our final results. The remodel was long overdue and we are loving it!!

I have a new build, and one of the hardest things to pick out is basically everything from scratch. I worked with Tara Sutton, and she was the best person to help me along that path. I cannot express the satisfaction I felt from her stepping me through the process. The best thing I can say is that Tara knows how to work with you individual taste to figure out how to balance the normalcy and the crazy taste individuals have. I personally had a desire to do the outrageous and she worked with me hand in hand, hours beyond hours to pick the most perfect scenario to fit my way of look for my house.
