The Picket Fence florist in Holland Mi really impressed me as a first time customer. I put in my order online, and because I had a bad experience with a florist in another city with online orders, I called later to make certain my order had been received. Not only did they have it, the person on the phone assured me it was going out in 30 minutes. She was friendly and kind. I was having the flowers delivered to my daughter at her place of work for her birthday. I did not know there were two credit unions with the same name in Holland. I gave them the wrong address. The delivery people could not have been nicer, they went to the wrong address (which I gave them) and were told that she was at the other branch. My daughter received her beautiful flowers and she said the delivery person was very pleasant. Isn’t that what we all want, great customer service, great products and kindness. I give this florist Five Stars.

Picket fence floral is my favorite flower shop in west Michigan. I have used them for years for birthdays, mother’s days, and other special occasions and find they consistently go above and beyond in making each arrangement with care. I most recently asked the picket fence ladies to make the casket spray for my grandmothers funeral and it was so special. They again went above and beyond to create a beautiful arrangement that grandma would’ve loved. Deliveries are always on time and each recipient has been so grateful. While in the flower shop, I also found a special keep sake for my mom. The shop has lots of great gifts to offer in addition to their gorgeous arrangements. Thank you Picket Fence!!

The website was easy to use, and I found the perfect bouquet for the situation. I ordered same day delivery, and everything was delivered accordingly. I would recommend this business to anyone looking to send flowers.

Everyone at Picket Fence is so friendly and willing to help. They did florals for my wedding this past weekend at Ivy House and did not disappoint. I worked with Emma throughout the process and she was amazing. She would call and check in with things often and always made sure I was happy with the arrangements. Emma even sent me a pic of my bouquet the morning of to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend Picket Fence time after time for any event. You would not be disappointed.

Very pleasantly surprised by the beautiful bouquet for my cousin’s funeral! When you order online the picture is usually so much better than the real thing. Not this time!! The flowers were so much better than the picture and reasonably priced too!! I will definitely order from Picket Fence again :)

Sarah and her team are AMAZING. I planned my wedding from Denver, and I had vision... and then that vision changed a few times. Sarah was extremely patient with following along with all of my ideas. She is extremely enthusiastic and creative
and willing to go the extra mile. Every time I met with her I left so excited for the big day, I truly loved working with her to bring my dreams to life. Our wedding ended up looking so dreamy, and I got a lot of compliments on the floral details. I could not be happier with the work Picket Fence did especially at the cost!
