I always get an appointment reasonably quick, never need to wait long once I'm there, and they always do a great job.
Friendly atmosphere and I get the impression that all of their regular clients love them. I do.

Never even made it to the salon. I am new to Michigan and in need of a stylist. When I called, I noticed the prices they were giving me were higher than what was listed on the website. When I asked if the owner would honor the listed prices, the lady said, "Nope, sorry...but you can still come in!" She also said she keeps telling the owner to update the website, so clearly the owner knows the listed prices are not correct. No thanks...I'll go elsewhere
