SEPHORA at Kohl's

Michael helped my daughter and I find some hair products and he was really helpful. He took his time to explain to us what the best products were and he was super friendly!!! We left the store very happy

I had a great experience at this location. All the staff was friendly, but Michael was amazing. He went out of his way to get me the item I wanted from the back room when it wasn't on the floor. He was extremely polite and personable and I wish more associates would provide this level of customer service instead of making you feel like a bother. I really appreciated his great attitude and I'll definitely return :)

I can't remember the name of the guy that helped me today but I absolutely adored him. He took the time to help me find a scent that I really enjoyed, I'm talking we tried probably 15-20 of them. I shamefully am super picky when it comes to perfume and have a very hard time finding something I like. He listened to everything I had to say and was very engaged in our conversation. 10/10 I could not recommend him any more.

I had a great experience at this Sephora yesterday, I came in ,a girl named Mercedes helped me right away. She helped me pick out some items I needed and helped me pick out the right shade for me.She was super kind and answered any questions that I had , I would say that she made my experience there a lot better.I’m definitely coming back to this Sephora!

My sister and I went for the first time today and EVERYONE was so helpful, and VERY kind. Probably the best Sephora experience I’ve ever had. Mercedes helped us, along with two other ladies whose names I did not catch unfortunately. I just wanna say thank you again to them, and I highly suggest going to this Sephora for a great experience.

I just wanna say it’s literally my first time ever shopping at Sephora ( i know i know , i’m not really good with make up) 😂and my experience was amazing . This 5 star review is for SYDNEY ! like seriously what an amazing girl , beautiful and stunning customer service. She was so sweet , answered all my questions, within 10min she found me the best foundation with my FIRST TIME concealer ( i know again, i am not a pro) . I have worked with customer service and i have a bachelor in marketing and advertising but dude this girl right here she knows what she doing , she’s a natural and she literally made my day , called me a queen and wished me luck for my dinner ☺ if only i had a best friend like her , all my problems would be solved lol. But seriously i wanted to SPECIFICALLY not forget to rate this experience becz she deserves all the SHOUT OUT because she’s absolutely such a great asset to this Sephora place lol.
So thank you miss Sydney ( i hope i spelled it right) for being kind and sweet today. I am definitely coming back and only gonna ask for her assistance ! Byebye now😌

Be prepared to be followed around this very small Sephora like a criminal if you are African American by another minority (a women in a hijab, didn’t catch her name)

They sold me an expired product which was 1 year old. I didn’t realize it until I went to return the next day as the shade wasn’t working for me. There was a lady, little older who was not pleasant to talk to. In the beginning She denied that product was sold by them as it was expired! And unfortunately I had grabbed the wrong receipt. I was so furious as she behaved like I was making something up just to return that product. Finally I managed to get the receipt by calling my husband and then they started wondering. And even after returning No apologies for her behavior. Don’t understand why they hire people who are not doing their job right. Will definitely not come to this store for sure!!!

Not sure how this store has such great reviews. I personally do not feel comfortable going inside this store. The girls need some training on customer service. They huddle together and give unnecessary looks like they are talking about you. Feels like high school. Also, every time I have asked a question about a product or what shade they think I need they don’t know. So not helpful at all.

I feel bad because my mom was just shopping here and because of the storm ..she just wanted to ask oh are you guys open? This one associate at Sephora .. (idk why their name is not on receipt) but she had a hijab on, was sooooo rude and answered back “is there a reason why we should be closed?” My mom then explains because of the storm and again in a rude tone “8-12.” Whatever, if you don’t like your job find a different one.

Will sell you gift cards without telling you they are only useable at Sephora - AT KOHLS - not regular Sephora’s. Will not allow you to return the gift cards after purchased, even though they failed to mention the above.
