Salesperson, "Poppy" was so helpful and courteous. She went beyond the call of duty to help me buy Valentine's Day supplies. She, herself, is a VALENTINE!! Pat Hardy, Birmingham, Mi.

Eman has very nice friendly personality and always welcomes me whenever I visit! She is the only one who does it usually and I believe she deserves a promotion to a manger if she isn’t already and if she is give her a raise!! She is ten stars out of 5

Doaa and Eman are amazing and very helpful. Also, they helped me outside of the pharmacy by guiding me to which aisle to get the product that I wanted. , they were so patient with me and they both have great customer service.

The register clerk the young blonde with the great makeup and red lipstick is the best employee there! She was very helpful, honest! Best rite aid employee ever!! I will recommend and continue going there!

Doaa (I hope I spelled her name right) in the pharmacy department and Andy the clerk were so helpful, it was amazing. I went in with flank pain and instead of brushing me off to the aisle, Andy walked me to the pain meds, told me a story to relate to my discomfort and then offered to get me a pharmacy tech to better assist me. Then Doaa stepped from around the pharmacy to explain the differences in the medication, what the pharmacy would prescribe and my best options. So friendly, I wish they were a doctors office!

Overall, it is a decent store. There was a few times stuff was sold out or help could not find product. I would not trust the pharmacy on timing when stuff is ready. The cashier team needs help with training of Amazon Pickup. It is truely hit or miss.

The guy with a Gray beard behind the counter was a real treat. No greeting. No thank you. No nothing. I even had to reach around to get my own receipt as he seemed too inconvenienced to hand it to me. I guess when you're hurting for workers this is what you get stuck with. And love the abbreviated hours, obviously also blamed on covid. The worst rite aid in the area.
