This is a great place for kids to get stronger and faster by an amazing trainer in Michael! He is very welcoming, friendly and gets the best out of the kids. I highly recommend!

Michael is amazing! I brought my 12 year old son in for an evaluation, and he told my son everything I’ve been telling him about his training and eating habits, but it meant so much more coming from a professional trainer! ETS, gives athletes all the tools they need to be as successful as possible. This is a great program!

I absolutely love this place!!!! The trainers are absolutely phenomenal and I would recommend this place to any athlete trying to take their game to the next level.

Michael does a great job with the kids. Everyone I talk to has nothing but great things to say about his commitment. Our daughter can't wait to go and is actually excited about strength training. I never expected that, but I am excited for her.

This was one of the best decisions I've ever made for my oldest son. Michael the lead (or whatever you call him) is a true roll model and someone I look up to. He is so upbeat, really knows his stuff, and shows how passionate he is about all these kids sucess and well being. In 2 months I have seen a impact that was better than i hoped for. I now have signed up my youngest knowing how great this place is.

Coaches are juiced. Energy is high. Athletes getting after it, reaching their full potential. Great attitudes. Lotta effort. Exceptional results.

Michael and Levi do a great job and I have made huge progress! I have done weight training at multiple places but this is for sure my favorite!

Trainers are very supportive and professional yet relate to my daughter on her level which keeps her motivated. She looks forward to going everyday. Really helping to build confidence.

My boys enjoy going to ETS. It definitely has helped my younger son with his speed in baseball. Michael is great with them also!
