Ace Hardware

One of the more welcoming hardware stores around town. I was immediately greeted upon entering the store and asked if I needed any assistance. The store is very clean and well organized, check-out is also very clear to understand. Daniel helped me with my pickup order, giving him a special shout-out!

Need something specific? Need it quick? The staff waiting as you enter the store will help you find what you need. Yes, I go to the big-box stores, but when I need to be sure they'll have it, I visit Ace. Their hardware section is much more complete. When others are out of stock, I've found it here.

There are usually enough employees around if you need help, which is good because locating items via the app is not 100% reliable. Everything I've needed so far has been in stock.

Very nice place for all your hardware needs. I stopped in to grab a metal saw and new screws for my license plate. When I got in I was greeted by one of the employees and helped right away. Very helpful & very nice. Very close to my house so I will be stopping in for more of my hardware needs.

Very cool experience! Walked in, was asked if I could be directed anywhere. Told the gentleman what I was looking for and he brought me right to it! Grabbed my items and went to check out. Small conversation with gentleman and found out he was the owner. I was very impressed with the “shop local”experience at this ACE hardware store! I shall return!😁

I've been a long time customer of Ace Hardware. The staff is always at the front entrance welcoming you in and ready to assist in helping you find what you need. I believe a part of their customer service is bringing your item up to the cash register after asking if there is anything else you need. I've never felt that they were thinking I was going to steal but I've always thought of it as a kind gesture closing the sale. If I feel I need to look around some more that's just what I do and they accept that as well. If I'm working on a project, the sales people are knowledgeable and help me with my questions . Have you been to big box stores? It's extremely difficult getting help and everytime I need just one screw I have to buy a huge box that I'm never going to use! I would also like to add, I met those cute kittens (now cats) and enjoyed visiting them in the store! Thank you for being a long time Mom and Pop shop something we don't see much of anymore and keeping your tradition of exceptional customer service.

There advertising jingle is "ACE is the place for friendly hardware store" this place is truly friendly and very helpful. After being enthusiastically welcomed by the front cashier, then a man stepped up and literally took me everywhere I need to go and step by step helped me find everything that I was looking for. This is my second experience with a ACE hardware and don't know just what kind of training they have but it is always in any of their stores spectacular. Great overall experience!!!

Yesterday I visited Ace to get bird seed and nuts for a Christmas gift. I had my little one in a car seat and my toddler with. The gentleman who was greeting customers at the front was so kind. He kept an eye on us and whenever I picked something out he would put it at the front so I didn’t have to juggle it with my kids. Then at the end I could have got a cart to take it to the car, but he took it out to car for me. I wasn’t don’t handfuls for the help. Above and beyond service :).

I didn't exactly know what it was that I needed but they knew. Between the kind, helpful people that work there and the store cats, it doesn't feel like you're going to the store. It feels more like your stopping at your grandpas house for advice and a couple of tools. Its an overall extremely pleasant experience everytime.

$10 lawn mower blade sharpening! They'll even take the blade off and reinstall it, no additional fees. As always, exceptional customer service and friendly, courteous staff all around the store.... Always willing to help! ☺

Great experience, bought a new STIHL blower and the staff ran me through the warranty process and setup/first startup there before I left. Double your factory warranty when you buy the oil mix or premix gas with it!

Awesome place and the people are very nice

Always super helpful staff. I practically have to beat them off with a stick not to help me carry things to my car! I believe in purchasing from local stores rather than big box stores and often the prices are equal or less. Even if they are more I'm glad to support my community.

Awesome place and staff. They helped me out and ordered some cocoa mulch I wanted. It's being delivered from the warehouse to the store for me. I didn't even know or ask! Super awesome, I'll be back in a few days for my custom order!

The only place to go for craftsman warranty! Staff was super nice and although they didn’t have every tool I needed replaced they were much better than the previous 2 places I tried to get it done. Lowes policy is garbage on craftsman.
