We came in on a Thursday afternoon for a passport. At first, we were told we needed an appointment. I had tried to make an appointment a few days prior, but the service was not working on the website. We made an appointment with the rep and as we asked a couple of questions, she decided to go ahead and process our passport application. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of our questions and let us know what to expect. It was so nice to have such great service and feel confident that everything was done properly.

I have to rave about Lisa. She's always kind and patient with me. She answers my questions thoroughly, despite having a line. I go out of my way to come to the Arnold Post Office! Thank you!

Lisa was flawless in handling my passport renewal w/ name change. She knew exactly what to do, and how to manage me whilst helping a line of people that suddenly came in the door. Pleasant and professional truly impressive.

The ladies at the post office are amazing, they are very polite. Due to my work schedule. There are times I come in a few minutes before closing time and they take time and explain shipping rates and recommend the best method of shipping to save you money. They are not trying to rush me out! I’ve noticed that some clients are more impatient. If you had a bad experience with these ladies, you must’ve really been rude. They are the best!

I have done business with this post office for decades with great success. I have seen them exercise great patience in difficult moments. It can't be an easy job. Shipping from here saves a day off my shipment because it is the hub and my post office is farther south, away from the airport.

Donna at the front desk was wonderful and accommodating. I went in not knowing how to do what I was doing and she helped me while also striking up conversation because there was no one else behind me. It has been a good while since I have seen someone in a customer service role that had her kidness and speed and I believe she deserves recognition and reward.

The people there are the friendliest of any post office I've visited. Very helpful.

I have nothing but love for our mailman John Johnstone. This man works his tail off to see that we get our mail in all these freezing and slick temperatures. He is an older gentleman that risks his own welfare to make sure his customers get their mail. To me he is Superman and some people like to complain if they don't get their mail for one day. It's a shame to see that some people have no regard for others lives on days like these. Patience is a virtue folks. 🥰

Contact the post office and let them know. It's always good for them to hear something good. I'm sure they mostly hear complaints.

I believe I have told them how special he is and what a gem to have working for them. He's always got a smile on his face even on below freezing days and 100 degree weather. He is always happy to see us. Nicest man you'll ever meet.

I never have any issue here! With my small business, I am in usually a few times a week and the staff is always friendly and willing to help. They can’t control if stuff gets lost so I don’t know why people are mad at them for that! They always get me in and out quickly!

Does anyone else love the smell of stamps? The postal office is a true testimony, some things never change. Nostalgia every time and everyone looks forward to their next visit.

Always helpful friendly and yes, quick!! Applied for my passport here, I received it back early with no problems. This USPS office is a pleasure.
