Working with the Sales Rep, Morgan, was a delightful & professional experience. He made sure that he understood our needs for a stairlift chair and went through our options with us. Scheduling for the installation was quick and easy. The installers also explained everything regarding the operation of the chair and made sure that they answered any questions to our satisfaction.

Your two service techs, Jim and George, did a great job. They were polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. Everything was explained. We are really happy with the installation and look forward to years of service from our chairlift.

With Morgan's advice and counsel I purchased the perfect wheelchair for my wife. Having had two knee replacements and a spinal fusion, walking for an extended period of time is difficult for her. We needed a smaller "occasional" wheelchair, exactly the one Morgan recommended. Thank you!

We had Miller Mobility install a stairlift in our house. It traverses a staircase that has a 90-degree turn towards the bottom. It has been working very well. Initially we did encounter some issues with the remote send/call system, but eventually they were able to get that working after a couple service tech visits (which they did at no additional cost). Everyone I interacted with was kind and respectful and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend Miller Mobility to anyone who wants to install a stairlift in their home.

I purchased 2 batteries from Miller Mobility Products, Inc. for my medical scooter. I felt my problem was that the batteries didn't last as ran down within 2 hours. Although not within the normal return time due to my charging for only 12 hours and then testing again after charging for 24 hours and then waiting on a diagnosis of the motor failing, Miller refunded my money for the batteries in full. In fact, they also refunded the $50 charge for installation which I was not expecting! They truly do offer "exceptional services" and are "dedicated to ensuring that each person they serve receives the best possible solution for their needs." Thank you, Miller Mobility!

Just purchased a portable scooter. Miller mobility made sure I knew how to assemble, load, reassemble. I felt confident about my purchase. Took it to the Brewer game and it was swift. Made our time easy. My sister also has used it to scoot around Three Pillars beautiful grounds. Thank you for kind care!

I very seldom write reviews, but the service provided by Morgan from Miller Mobility Products, Inc., needs to be lauded. My mother who lives in the area had been in hospice with a hospital bed provided through that program, but when she was moved out of hospice, we realized she would no longer have her hospital bed. I live out of state, but was faced with the need to provide her with a replacement hospital bed immediately. I reached out to Morgan at Miller Mobility, and he quickly provided one and set it up before the other one was removed, providing my mom with a seamless transition. When it arrived, I realized she needed the full length of bedrails to protect her falling, and he immediately procured those and installed them as well. My 101 year old mom is safe and extremely comfortable, and I attribute it all to Morgan at Miller. I can't recommend his service sufficiently, but all he did for us is MOST appreciated.

They are extremely knowledgeable about their products. Nathan and George recently installed another stair lift in our home. They did a great job. This is why I always prefer to do business with companies in our community. You're treated like a valued friend, they stand behind their products and service. Much better than talking long distance to an anonymous salesperson, if you're lucky enough to get a real person to answer.

Jack was a wonderful, knowledgable sales consultant. He showed my mother and I exactly what we were looking for, we were looking for quality wheelchair cushions. We made a purchase and my grandmother couldn't be happier. She is a very petite woman so finding a cushion that would fit her small chair was proving difficult. Jack showed us a couple different options, in various price ranges. We feel that he really took an interest in our specific needs and made recommendations based on that, rather than making a lucrative sale. Mitchell and Ed made my first experience in the world of mobility extremely easy. Very clear in their pricing, and when I got to the store, the process was so quick and easy, I was in and out in a matter of minutes. Lovely to find such kind and helpful people when I needed it the most.

What can I say about Miller Mobility? Other than they are easy to work with, thorough in making sure you get the best product for your needs. Most people think that you can just go buy a walker, etc. What most people don't think about is that at Miller Mobility you get a "Medical Grade" product that will last for years. I had to replace my Rollator which was damaged during my recent trip. When I started the claims process I told the adjuster just to call Miller Mobility because they have excellent records and can tell exactly what I had. I picked up my new Rollator yesterday and it is awesome. The claims people wanted to go to WalMart but they did not think they were purchasing a product that would last many, many years. I refused the one from WalMart because I had specific needs; I needed the walker to fit in my very small car, a Smart car. Not only did Jordan, the Miller Mobile employee make sure the Rollator fit into my car but he also made sure I was completely happy with my purchase. I would not consider going anywhere else for mobility equipment because if Miller Mobility does not have it, they will find it.
