Very impressed with the service I received. The repair ended up being simple, but the courtesy shown gave me confidence in this place for any future issues I may encounter. Also purchased a screen protector and it was applied for me perfectly.

Great service. Had a quick need for an iPhone screen replacement and they did it within an hour. A little more expensive than an Apple Store but needed it fixed quick and wanted an official Apple screen vs a third party substitute which would have been cheaper.

While they were not able to solve my particular issue (because no one can), I'm writing this review because I am amazingly impressed with their customer service.

Our issue was that our son's iPhone had gotten wet and the screen was going berserk.

We started off at the Wayzata location where they said the fix would be to replace the screen. They said they didn't have a screen for our device so they called the Plymouth location to see if they had one and sent us there for the repair.

This is the first thing that impressed me. The second was that they were willing to put the screen on the device, and then test the device to make sure other components were working before charging us.

We showed up about 30 minutes before closing, so they were not able to get to our phone that day. They called us the next day to let us know they got the new screen on and everything seemed to be functioning well. I told them to leave the new screen on and that we would be in soon to pick it up.

We picked the phone up and everything looked good. However, later that night, my son tried to use the Bluetooth for the first time after getting the phone back and noticed that it was not working and neither was the WiFi. At this point, we panicked. Did we just pay $150+ dollars to get a phone back that only partially worked?

We went into the store at opening the next day where they took the phone and ran it through more tests to determine that there wasn't any hope of repairing the WiFi and Bluetooth. Without any prompting or argument, they offered to pull the new screen off, replace it with the old screen and refund our entire payment. It was John that was working that day and within 30 minutes, we were back on the road with our phone in it's original horrible condition and our money back in our pocket!

It's frustrating that only about 5 seconds of being in water toasted the iPhone 12 mini beyond repair. But at least CPR did everything they could to get it up and running and didn't charge us anything because it was beyond repair. Will definitely be returning with any future problems. Thanks guys!

Wonderful work and a quick turnover. Was ready early. Took my iPhone in to have battery changed. After picking it up I noticed that part of the glass had an orange tint. I called and they said to bring it back. They replaced the glass on my phone for no charge.

Would definitely recommend CPR Plymouth if you've got a phone issue. I had a cracked screen and was concerned about other damage to the phone and the team was able to run diagnostics, determine that just the screen was the issue, and replace the screen all within an hour or so. The cost was what I consider a standard screen replacement cost for the phone I have (same price as through the manufacturer) and they were very responsive. I appreciate that you have the option to make an appointment online, which made this experience very convenient for me as well.

Shattered a screen on my iPhone 12 Pro in the morning and thanks to the CPR team in Plymouth it was fixed and ready just after lunch. Contacted 3 other spots in town along with Best Buy and the Apple Store, none could do it same day. Most needed a couple days if not a week to either get an appt or order the part. The CPR staff were friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done right the first time. Price was reasonable and service time was faster than they even expected. Highly recommend to others if you need a electronic screen repaired.
