Marquis was very thorough covering all areas of or 3/4 acre lot with the appropriate treatment. He followed up with me and answered all questions I had. The result this year was mosquito and tick free back yard, our previous ant issues were resolved, and our first year without a bee sting. I appreciate Marquis professional customer friendly conduct.

Victoria was amazing! Did a very thorough job inspecting and treating our property, was incredibly professional, and did a great job explaining all ends of the process. Highly recommended!!

One of the only pest control companies that include tougher jobs, like wasp nest removal, in their quarterly service price (i.e. no separate charge or contract). Had an issue a couple years ago with several ground nests on my property, and they spent probably 10 hours over 2 separate appointments to remove and treat them. No issues since!

They’re also very responsive to new issues that may arise between appointments, as I can usually get a service appointment within a few days to a week of calling, and I’ve never had less than a friendly experience with any staff, whether office or field, all while having a competitive market price for their contract.

Richard was great and listened to my concerns and treated the bug issue well. He was very quiet when in the house as to not wake my sleeping baby. We really appreciate Richard!

The technician explained thoroughly both verbally and in writing what he did today. He did a lot of work today. I have not seen any pest problems since I started using this company. I have no complaints about the service. I have been informed of my next service.

Victoria came to my residence for a treatment. She did a great job of explaining preventative measures with regards to outside shrubs and ways to keeps little critters on the outside.

The technician (Jadyn) did an amazing job! I was not home but they texted me when they were approximately getting there, when they arrived, and they texted me a detailed list with pictures on everything that was accomplished!

Excellent customer service experience. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Jadyn provided me with an home inspection. Also provided pictures of cracks found in my foundation that need to be sealed to keep any rodents from entering the home. Recommended steal wool to stuff cracks. Highly recommend inspections if you own a home. Years ago a Raccoon put a hole in my roof and got into my attic. Over $3,500 worth of damages to replace insulation, new Soffit, and repair hole with home insurance coverage. $5,000 for new roof. Plus another $250 to have animal control remove the Raccoon. So protect your home now with Greenix!! Better to be safe than sorry later.
