Great experience by store staff!!

My favorites work there, friendly, warm, and very helpful people..I go at least 10 a day to that store.. Love Everybody that worked there.

It's a busy little place and the staff are friendly. I prefer to stop here on the way home than the Holiday station.

Friendly and quick service. Didn't mind my coming in right at closing time.

Cashiers are friendly, the place is some what clean. The donuts are pretty good, bit I will never have one of those hot sandwiches again though. I had a breaded chicken and cheese sandwich one morning when I stopped in and it was offensively awful. It was just a ball of sog and condensation. I get that its "gas station" food and that you "get what you pay for" but I paid $2.89 for that sandwich and it was not even close to worth it. I would recommend thawing them out before throwing them under the heater.

Take your business elsewhere, this place doesn’t care about anyone but themselves. We just got dumped on with snow and my boyfriends car kept getting stuck on our street trying to get home. When we finally got him unstuck, I told him to just go and park at the gas station across the street, which is this gas station. Just until we could figure something out or the plows came, to avoid getting stuck again. It was 7:30 am and no one was really out, so considering Minnesotans usually come together when the snow hits I didn’t think it would be a problem. The lady who was working came out and unkindly told him that he can’t park there and that he needs to leave. He explained the situation and that he wasn’t going to be there long, but she didn’t care and still made him leave. So now instead of getting to come home and start shoveling to make a path home, he’s stuck driving around until the plows come.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Neighbor Stop for many years. Unfortunately the last two times I’ve attempted to fill up there the pump froze up and locked my credit card and was told by the staff “ya that happens. You just need to wait a few minutes and it will release your card”. This is simply an unacceptable response to a customer to just stand around and wait to get my card back for a recurring malfunction of their pumps. I won’t be returning until this problem is fixed or the staff has the capability to resolve issues with a pump.

My wife win the lottery and the lady work there is hiding my wife winning number.they are corrupted people working there.

The place is very messy staff is very rude and unprofessional they like to waste people's time not a place I would want to work let alone shop ever again it was the coon rapids store
