My new heroes! After a terrible experience at another computer expert store I took my pc here for repair based on their Google reviews. I help folks with Medicare and this is my busy season so they fixed it in under two hours for a very reasonable price! They are my new go to!!

I have used them several times over the past decade. They have always done good work for me. I bought a refurbished computer from them several years. It has served me well but it is time to upgrade. Was just checking to see what they have available

My 4 year old spilled milk on my keyboard of my laptop. I brought it to CW for drop off. Received a phone call the next day for repair. Total cost was $50.00! It was a huge relief off my shoulders that I would not have to purchase a brand new laptop! All of my photos, essay documents and other important files were safe and never lost! The marketing company I work for uses Computer Whatever and their customer service is amazing! I love Abby and Kelly, they solve WHATEVER computer problems we have quickly and make it so easy and PAIN FREE. After trying a few other local companies they were the only ones that didn't speak a foreign language to us. They helped us and walked us though things and made it easy to understand. When you are NOT a tech person computer problems can be so frustrating, not for them (OR US NOW that we have them)... this is what they do and they are good at it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I know a fair bit about computers. I routinely build and repair my own. However, my wife's was having issues that I didn't have time to look into. So we tried this place. These folks know there stuff and charged a very reasonable fee. Oh, and in case it's not obvious, they correctly identified the issue. It was a shorted USB port that was keeping the machine from booting. The solution was to replace the case, which we did ourselves.

Purchased a Laptop from Best Buy and had a Bitlocker issue. Brought it back to Best Buy (Geeksquad) and was told to make an appointment online and not drop it off. They said my appointment would be 15 days out, then the service wait could be two weeks. Called Computer Whatever and they took it in same day, fixed same day, and could pick it up same day. It was my business Laptop and a crucial device. Great Service, Great Response and Great Price.

Outstanding (and quick) service! My son's laptop stopped booting. CW diagnosed a bad motherboard - but refused to charge me anything because they couldn't resolve the issue (replacement parts unavailable). While disappointed that my son's laptop was unrepairable, I am VERY happy to have discovered this gem of a business and would highly recommend them!!

Over the last several years I've purchased two computers here, and they are so helpful over the phone and be able to just bring your computer in at a moment's notice and have it at the very least checked quickly. Great friendly service, highly recommend

I had to contact Computer Whatever again to remotely log in to repair 2 of my computers. With doing most of my business on the internet, Malware viruses completely shut them down. Her knowledge of the industry is very comforting and I know she can always resolve the problem. Kelley and her crew always do an amazing job and make it very easy to refer her!
