Nancy and Havee (apologies, phonetic spelling) were amazing. Friendly and accommodating, they have been incredibly patient with my bookings, cancelations, and re bookings over the past few weeks waiting for my vehicle to be done in the shop down the road. Perks: The hotel is clean. Rooms are clean, nicely furnished with coffee, microwave and fridge. 24/7 coffee. In lobby. good vending selection. laundry. business room. The pool and hot tub w/ enclosed patio has towels and private restroom/shower, is open til 11 and is actually functional~ which is very rare at this price! At around $50/night this hotel is an excellent bargain! All the rooms just got new mattresses as well. My vehicle problems has me stressed out so I am thankful to have a room so close that I can relax in, and I've even made new friends. I highly Recommend this hotel!

I visit here often. I have No problem with this establishment. I've been in better. I've stayed in worst. Live a little. This is an acceptable hotel. 🙏

Sandy was great checking me in and very polite would stay again if the breakfast could do much better by adding eggs and sausage/bacon, I should not have to go to McDonald’s to get breakfast! But other than that was a great stay would recommend thank you again!

We stayed at this hotel after on a Saturday night. Check in was the room was spacious, and the bed very comfortable. They had a nice continental breakfast. What I loved about the breakfast is that the coffee was nice and strong and they had organic creamer available! Nice touch! Also, there was the cutest farmer's market about a block away. I wish we had had time to check out the pool area. Oh well, maybe next time! Would definitely stay here again!

Very, very clean room and the bed was so comfortable! I would recommend this hotel for a great night's sleep!

Quality Inn is a choice hotel. It is not the Ritz Carlton but it is not bad as all the one stars. I think that my room does not fit all the one star reviews. I had a nice room. My room did not smell. My room I walked in my room with shoes and my socks are still white. The bed looks comfortable and does not stink either. The night person was truly incredible and professional. He met all my needs and was really nice while helping me. Made me feel like like I was important customer. I also had a fridge, microwave, and nice size flat screen tv. My room also had a iron and ironing board. I will be back and do recommend. Hope this helps when making your hotel choice. The pool was in operation also.

Nancy and the other staff are really accommodating and understanding We stay here alot and you can't beat the price the beds are comfy and clean and they always have a good breakfast in the mornings.

New management is doing great. Nancy is very professional and experienced a joyful time this weekend with the pool and hot tub at an affordable price.

Front desk is friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed the convenient location of the motel, which provided easy access to nearby attractions.

Booked an extremely last minute two night stay, super convenient to book online, cheap enough esp for last minute. It smelled clean, both in the lobby/stairwell and in the room! The overnight desk worker, Sandy, was really nice and even gave us a bag of cookies during check-in.

I gave the room 4 stars only bc there was a sticky spot in the carpet. But the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was super cute (housekeeping did origami with the towels!! 🥰) with a roomy tub, good water pressure.

In the room included a big tv, a little Keurig with some coffee included, mini fridge and a microwave.

All around a great experience!

I am very impressed by the cleanliness of this place. The staff is amazing, very friendly. Feels very Homie. Great pricing. Perfect location for me. In between two bigger cities so it allows me to travel easier. Love that it’s right next to Culver’s restaurant and they’re open late and it’s walkable. They have a pool, hot tub, breakfast, and washer and dryer. I’m living on the road and this is such a great deal. Thanks for the service!

Front desk associate was extremely helpful during our rainy entrance and hectic exit. Rooms were very comfortable and appreciated the AC when it was time to rest.

I’ve stayed here a few times. Weeks at a time! They have the cheapest extended stay price in the metro! Highly recommended if you need a cheap but nice hotel for multiple days weeks or even months! 😌

Stay for work and also when visiting from Florida. Staff always extremely happy and accommodating. Makes you feel welcome and at home. Best sleep ever. quiet. Movie channels a plus. Pool to workout . Next to Walmart! Great location and price . Large rooms . never had a single issue. Love this hotel and location. Especially this location :)

Beautiful room and street view from tommy. Clean. Friendly staff. Great breakfast choices with fresh coffee as needed.
The only downfall is the length of time for hot water to get to our room. It came but until the shower ran for quite a while.

This Hotel is Amazing! The staff are really great and will go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible! The price is highly competitive and it is in my opinion, the best deal for a hotel room in the twin cities area. The hotel just installed new carpets and it seems like they take care of the property inside and out. The general manager Natalia is wonderful and does an exemplary job and the night shift employee Mahesh takes great care in ensuring that the hotel is secure and he makes sure to deal with any problematic guest immediately. We have stayed here several times and will continue to do so when traveling to this area. I had the chance to meet the owner of this hotel and he is a stand up guy who truly cares about his employees, the property and his guest! If you are looking for a decent hotel for an amazing price, then this is it!

Very nice and clean older motel. Had nice pool area indoors. Complimentary hot breakfast the following morning was early, but good. Front desk staff was knowledgeable of places in the area and provided referral based on our tastes. Hotel in a "strip mall" so several places are within walking distance of our room. Will stay again!

Very kind & respectful staff. Caring owner who is there daily making sure everything is in order and his customers are happy. I’m very thankful for all their help. Hotel inself is very nice. Updated very clean & nice rooms. Great pool, can barely get my little girl out of it! nice jacuzzi for parents to relax and watch their kids swim. Overall the best choice in the area! Recommend to all!

We currently moved here from Ga and needed an affordable extended stay Hotel to stay until we found our permanent residence. We have been here 2 weeks and have been very pleased with not only our room but the Staff and amenities. The Staff has been very kind and always making sure our room is clean and comfortable. They have a great breakfast and the pool and hot tub are just what I need after a long day at work. The location is fabulous with plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend this Hotel for 1 night or an extended period of time.

Quality inn is honestly such a great hotel. Their prices are fair and their accommodations are actually really nice. The management has gone above and beyond for me during my stay here at quality inn. I HIGHLY recommend them if you’re staying in the area. They’re close to the highway to get to downtown, they have a nice pool for children and hot tub for adults to relax. Their breakfast is nice too! Not the normal just coffee juice and doughnuts. Definitely recommend them ! 5 stars alone for their amazing staff but the accommodations match that ! I should add in that Roberta is truly a sweet women & Ross has been helpful. Like I said the staff has made my stay here make me feel like family!
