Candlewood Suites Lakeville I-35, an IHG Hotel

Loved this location. Stayed for 3 months with my family while waiting to get into our place. The staff is truly amazing. Major shout out to Michael whom always went above and beyond! The property is clean and the location is excellent, rooms are spacious and staff is very accommodating and kind! Also very quiet and safe!

We stay at hotels roughly 40 weeks per year for work and these rooms and beds were amazing. Full kitchens in every room let you feel like your coming home after work. I highly recommend this location if you don't mind cooking for yourself and saving money. Love this place.

Drama free, quiet, and located next to just about everything i needed.
The staff was fantastic and was always available.
Will always stay here when in town.

I haven't even stayed here yet, but just wanted to say that I spoke with Michael on the phone about an early check-in and he was VERY helpful! We are flying in due to a funeral and have a quick turnaround and he could not have been more kind.

I am sure the rest of the stay will be fine, especially if there are more people like Michael working there!

My room was wonderful and probably one of my favorite rooms I have stayed in. The room was very clean and my bed was comfortable. There is a nice desk to work at, with a very comfortable chair. I am very pleased with my stay.

Nice newer facility. Typical IHG Property, what you’d expect from a Candlewood Suite location. Clean room, clean and friendly lobby area. Comfortable bed. If you’re looking for something that is clean and nice, I’d suggest staying here.

My family and I had an amazing stay! The suites are beautiful, spacious and clean. It was truly a home away from home. The location is perfect for all your travel plans. Mitch (the manager) is so warm, courteous and helpful as isbhis staff. They treat you like family. I highly recommend them!

This hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff was very welcoming. Tristan at the front desk was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

I spend half the year in hotels, and this was one of the most restful stays I've ever had. The only slight downside was the water pressure was a bit low, and the water was bit too soft.

I would 100% absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone who is staying in the area.

Does have truck parking but limited so get here early ( park on backside of hotel against the curb )
…. Gotta say this is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at in its class of hotels. I stay in one every night and this has to be my favorite. Staff is superb and very nice. Has free laundry, dvd’s you can take to your room, a lending locker with things like air fryers, games, etc & a area to get all of your snacks & drinks.

There are several other hotels in this area but I would never even consider staying anywhere else (and I have tried a few of those other hotels, by the way, because I used to travel to Lakeville fairly often). For me, the difference is the people who work there--they go above and beyond with each request. I especially like Mitch and Deann; they work the front desk area and are both professional and friendly. The rooms are very nice and come with small kitchens (full-sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a small stove with two burners), which helps you save money if you're not too big on eating out every single meal. I even had a couple of lady bugs in my room, wandering around the window sill. I liked seeing them when I came back from work each day; lady bugs indoors are supposed to be good luck (and they didn't seem to be causing too much trouble). There's also a nice gym there with cardio equipment and free laundry service. I definitely recommend staying here.

Our room was well maintained, very clean, and very quiet. The staff members were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this hotel to anyone!

We were very happy with our week-long stay here. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. After an unfortunate situation of an extra loud 3AM stomper in the room above us, the staff was very quick and completely happy to move us to another available room (this is what we had asked to have done). The room was clean and well kept, though we had wished for a microwave in the room. Conveniently located just off the highway.

Location was the perfect place to stay out of the city. The rooms are awesome and the service was outstanding.

I was able to book a room here at the last minute, because the freeway was closed due to one of the worst winter storms to ever hit mid-Minnesota. The rooms were excellent. The bed was wonderful. The breakfast was tasty and enjoyable. Thanks much for a quiet, comfortable night.

First I would like to say Mitch the Manager is a AMAZING PERSON! The hotel was VERY CLEAN, Everyone was very respectful and friendly I had a problem with another guest Mitch didn’t take anytime at all to handle the problems properly! Had my 1 yr old with me they made sure we had everything we needed. Mitch went above and beyond his position to make us feel comfortable with everything that’s going on In the world right now. I could not have pick a better place to stay feels like family! Also it was a young sweet lady at the desk that I can’t thank enough Mitch your whole STAFF WAS AWESOME SEE YOU GUYS SOON😘 CANT PICK A BETTER PLACE TOO STAY

wonderful place to stay. newer hotel. nice and quiet. off interstate but didn't hear the noise at all. very clean. super nice check in guy. friendly staff. will definitely use them again

I stayed here for a girls getaway weekend and was very pleased! We rented a suite which had sleeping for four, a kitchen with a table and chairs and a small living room with comfortable seating as well.

There was an exercise room with a variety of equipment, laundry facilities and a snack room with free coffe, and options for purchase.

We were able to check out some games and movies as well at no extra charge as well.

The hotel was located just off the freeway with easy access to sorrounding shopping, dining and attractions within reasonable driving distance.

The rates we paid were also very reasonable which was best of all for us. Excellent choice and would certainly go back again!

Very nice and clean rooms, super comfortable beds and pillows. Staff was nice. The manager Cody was very friendly and attentive. Ammenities are great too, dishes, pots, utensils, cups, full size fridge and even a burner to cook food. I would highly recommend this hotel!
