The Row

I have been a fan of The Row for years, especially after they finally launched their men’s collection. Most of my purchases before had been online through third party retailers like Bergdorf’s or Mr Porter. That was until I purchased a pair of pants on The Row’s website. They accidentally sent me the wrong pair and I had a difficult time exchanging them through the online customer service folks. When I contacted the store directly they went above and beyond to take care of me. Going so far as to have their LA store overnight the correct pair to them so they could process the exchange in-store for me in time for my vacation. Malike the manager, along with the rest of the team, were so lovely to speak to and work with. I now almost exclusively shop for The Row in-store because it adds so much to the experience. The space itself is a piece of art and I find myself just wanting to stay and hang out with everyone. It’s unfortunate to see others feel the need to share such negative feedback about this place especially when I’ve experienced such thoughtful and authentic service here. All I can say is you typically receive what you put out into the world. I’m always excited for my next visit to the store!

The team at the Row are warm, wonderful and very helpful. Cannot say enough lovely things about them. They listen and help all customers with warmth and care.

Gorgeous space, I mean absolutely breathtaking! Staff was very nice and welcoming. I was a bit nervous reading previous reviews, however the young gentleman who assisted me was extremely helpful and kind. Will definitely be back my next visit to NYC.

The brand and all the stores are curated and only aiming at the people who appreciate what they do.

The twins definitely knows what they're doing in terms of the materiality, tailoring, meticulous details, fits, and everything.

People who don't really know the brand,.. will probably think all of their stuff is overpriced and not worth it, but wait until you wear their clothes!

My experience with the customer service at the Row New York was impeccable. Ina, specifically was helpful, courteous and very professional. The Row will be my first stop for gifts for my 2 daughters going forward.

Minimalistic and unique. Lovely store

The female manager and Edward are wonderful. Unfortunately, my first encounter was with another male employee who was rude and cold and sounds like the same individual in another recent review of bad service. I have never been spoken to in a more condescending manner from someone who's unhappy demeanor has no place in customer service, especially at this price point.

Love this collection, look forward to next season.

This brand doesn't have the heritage or cachet (it was founded by child actresses after all) to have such snooty employees.

Greatly appreciated their help over the phone regarding their perfume stock.

Update 10/10: okay, I have now been multiple times. Have had spectacular help from some associates and horrendous from one. It is the same person each time. Speaks to me like I am wasting their time, doesn‘t look at me. It makes me feel extremely unwanted in their store. This man should NOT be working somewhere where customers need to spend a substantial amount of money.
