Bob helped me resolve my issue and was very kind and courteous. He made sure to stay on the phone with me until I was able to log into my account. Other representatives from other companies just give the information and then let you try on your own when you get into an issue in logging in, you have to call back. Bob went above and beyond. Great service!

Bob was so helpful to me. My form of payment had to be closed due to an issue at my bank account and I continued to check in regarding my payment and Bob was able to find where I had made all my calls regarding my info and took care of making sure that my new payment plan was set to go.

After almost 2 years I can confidently say that PCI is solid. Customer service is great. Every individual I have talked to over the phone was well-spoken and very helpful. And instead of insisting and prompting request for a company review, I asked for a link myself.
