Giliberto's Mexican Taco Shop

Ordered online through Google service. The food was ready shortly before the scheduled time for pick up. Street corn was delicious and hot out of the kitchen. Birra burrito with fried jalapeños and guacamole was flavorful and large enough to need 2 hands to eat!

This is hands down the best Mexican food in Minnesota and some of the best I've ever had period. Food is also hot, tender, juicy, everything you want it to be. I particularly love the shredded beef burrito with a horchata or melon fresca. Service is phenomenally fast too! I'll eat here as long as I can.

We didn't think we'd find an open place to eat on a holiday and thankfully they were. Our service was quick and the food was extremely generous and tasty. The red salsa had a kick and our friend couldn't get enough of it and I loved the nopales pico.

The fresh authentic food, the flavors, and their friendly staff are all reasons we love Giliberto's. Eat in-house or get it to go. Giliberto's hour's make it easy to stop for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a late night snack.

This was probably the best authentic Mexican food I've had in a while. The chips, taco shells, and tortillas are all homemade. I couldn't believe it, everything was so freaking tasty. They have a very versatile drink station and an even bigger array of hot sauces. Big portions and good service. I'll definitely be coming back.

very good and always very nice staff, menu is extensive and it's authentic, horchata is a must every time we go, prices are fair and portions are very big, definitely have another meal with leftovers, me and my family love it, super fries were surprisingly one of my favorite things I've had

I ordered a breakfast sausage burrito, 2 shredded beef tacos, and a fish taco. Let me tell you it was so so good. I live like an hour away but it is so worth the drive to come here. Definitely will be a go to place when I’m craving tacos and burritos! They also have many other options for food. :)

After 15 hours of driving around the state hunting parts to fix a truck purchased there, then fixing it, I was exhausted and staving, I didn't want gas station food, but it's 3am. What do you do? You go to Gilberto's for some fantastic food at a spectacular price!

I got the ham, egg, pico, and cheese burrito. Reminded me of a burrito joint I miss back in Colorado, but Gilberto's does them bigger. Took maybe 5 minutes from order to make my food, got awesome spicy salsa with. When I tell you this bag of food was almost 3 lbs, I mean it, and all for less than a tenner.

Next time I'm in or passing through Minnesota, I will be visiting Gilberto's again, in my top 10 traveling treats.

Ate at Gilberto’s heading through St. Cloud. LOTS of selection. Too much really. I didn’t get a chance to read the entire menu before I had to order. The night we were here, there were people coming and going and the drive through was busy the entire time. Fast service for how busy they were. I went with the steak burrito. No offense, but I like Chipotle more. So much selection here. I’ll try something else next time I come though.

Soooo delicious! 10 out of 10. 5 stars! Everything is so good and authentic. High quality. Fair prices. Very generous proportions. Freshly made. Made with love. Comfort food. I totally recommend 1000%! They're open 24hrs too! I ordered carne asada tacos which come with guacamole and cilantro. I also ordered the cheese quesadilla kids meal and it comes with a juice, quesadilla, Mexican rice, and refried beans. We also ordered the chicken tameles meal... that comes with beans, rice, lettuce, tomatoes, and a choice of red sauce or green sauce and cheese on top. Very well made full tameles. Like heaven in your mouth. The chips are also very yummy. Slated and freshly fried.
Very clean and organized place. The employees are super nice and bilingual which is awesome.
If your craving tacos dont go to tbell or chipotle ew no choose Gilberto's!! Hands down!👌🏻🤤❤

Holy Mother god!! This place is amazing. I have never In My LIFE had such a good burrito at 2 in the morning. Going to work, no where is open and off in the distance is the flashing light of an oasis. Open is blinking it's beacon of bacon and hope to me. They took my $8 and gave me a burrito the size of a small child, it came bundled in a humble brown paper sack and will forever live on in my warmest 2am in St Cloud memories

Everything is made from scratch so service is a little slow. But the food is well worth the wait. The BEST Mexican food in Saint Cloud. Highly recommend the grilled chicken sope - an excellent and delicious menu item not found at other Mexican restaurants.

Excellent food, some of the absolute best Mexican food in the area! Many options, friendly staff, 24 HOURS!!! I have eaten here many times, my favorites are the Chile Rellenos and the tamales, pork or chicken, both delicious! Very, very lucky to have this option just blocks from home!

The food is authentic and amazing! Large board menu has everything under the sun, but isn't too overwhelming. Lots of combos to choose from as well as sides, seafood, vegetarian, specials and even a kids menu! The street corn is mouthwatering!!

Not a huge restaurant with alot of fanfare. But the mexican food is LEGIT! Many hispanic/latino customers, which translated to me that they were there for a reason 😉. I had enchiladas, rice, beans, a birria taco and took home a menudo. The menudo was on point! And Im from South Texas where menudo rules, so yeah, it was legit. The enchilada sauce was great, the beef in the birria tacos was tender (even the next day when I ate it). Just when I thought there was no chance of me finding decent food in MN, here it is! I will FOR SURE be back for more!

My only problem was that it was $4 for one Sopapillas with chocolate and whipped cream. Never had it this way before, but it's was good, just expensive.

Great food. It gets a little crowded, but it's worth the wait. If you're in St. Cloud and need a late night taco or three, this is the place to go.

Ordered take out. They were fast, polite, affordable and most importantly DELICIOUS! Ordered carnitas and carne aside tacos as well as steak fajita burrito! The kids taco/rice/beans was a great value for $7.00. Definitely coming back if we pass thru St Cloud again!

The food here is amazing! So many choices, so many combinations...and yet, I cannot give up on their Chorizo Chimichanga!! So. Good.
There is a slight wait, but you are waiting for freshly made hot food. It's really worth the wait!
