Wendy's

Very nice clean and roomy Wendy's. Good food, excellent Frosties. Good location. Thin parking in the front, more in the back. Make sure to enter off of the frontage road if eating in. Access from the road to the stoplight is for exit and drive through only. We ate in and did not use the drive through.

The Frosty machine was Broken ( Thought I was at McDonalds) The food was Great. The new style of fries are not my favorite but they are better than most places.

Under the management, and it shows! Great service, great food!! The hottest fries I’ve ever had from Wendy’s!!

We had a very nice server! He was great!

Always have good food, some of the staff act like they have better things to do than help ya.

My wife and I went through the drive thru today 4/12/23 about 6pm or so just for 2 small Frostys. Waited in line a bit but not a problem. We were served by the nicest person ever. If she reads this she'll know who we are. Keep up the awesome attitude and wish you well as (I believe) was the new manager.
We've been here before. Never disappointed. Thank you for a great customer interaction.

Went thru drive thru. Fast, very fresh and very good breakfast baconator combo meal.

I believe I've mentioned this before for a fast food restaurant. Of course I rate them different than top restaurants but we all know what to expect when we go to Wendy's we expect it to be good and consistent with our experience in other Wendy's restaurants. This met all the qualifications for a five-star fast food restaurant. The food was as usual right up there with Wendy's best. The the staff was I thought exceptionally friendly and helpful. I'm looking forward to my next visit there in St cloud Minnesota. I don't have any small children in my family so I am limited to talk about adult food and beverages.

Good was good. Servers were a bit disorganized and it took awhile to get our order.

I was so cold and hungry but couldn't think of what I wanted, saw Wendy's and knew I couldn't pass up a bowl of chilli! Hit the spot.

Went into restaurant instead of drive thru. Enjoyed a freshly made chicken sandwich that tasted great. Pop machine allowed for customizing drink was complicated to use. Building is older impacting atmosphere.

My experience actually started at the Waite Park location. After pulling up to the drive thru speaker, I waited a solid minute to be acknowledged. Then as I ordered, I kept getting cut off, asking me 'if that was all'. Then the order was repeated back and missing items. As I tried to correct it, all communication cut off. I don't know if they could hear me, but I heard nothing outta that speaker for almost a minute and a half. So I finally just drove up to the window. There, I expected somewhat of an explanation or quick apology for the confusion, but got nothing. I asked for the order to be ready back, got attitude, and it was still missing items. I thought forget this and just paid for what they had for me. After driving away, I find that the bun on my jr. bacon cheeseburger was very hard, the lettuce was almost non-existent, and there was no bacon! So after running some errands, I drove to your location on the Eastside. I was greeted at the speaker immediately by a friendly voice. My order was ready back and I proceeded to the window. A smiling face greeted me and completed my transaction. The employee was very friendly. I drove away and dug into the most Delicious Jr Bacon Cheeseburger, EVER (It even had bacon on it)!!!!! So thank you Highway10 Wendy's for restoring my faith and being courteous, friendly, and professional. You guys rock!

I usually don't eat breakfast, but I'm glad I made an exception for this.

Use to come here all the time when I lived across the street. It good but getting expensive! Got 2 medium pops for like 6.45?

Great food, the person at the drive through window was a little preoccupied, other than that the service was fast and accurate.

I was at this location this evening and the guy Charles at the window was very polite and professional. He apologized for the order taking a while due to there only being two people working but honestly I didn’t notice any wait. They seemed to be working very efficient! Order#3206.

Even though I and about 7 others were in line, it went fairly fast, the employees were friendly, professional, and they got my order right- yeah I said it...they got everybody's order right! Soooooo oh...however it ( along with all fast food places)was pricey!! My food was hot and nothing like a hot meal & fries too. So Wendy's got a gold star! My family thanks you -

There was only 3 people on staff but they were making it work. Delivered food accurately, hot and quickly. That means they had a great crew and a great manager.
I told them it was "wendy-like'.

Excellent breakfast deals! My boyfriend and I tried Wendy's breakfast recently and we figured it would be like McDonald's, small, quickly thrown together breakfast sandwiches. But it was so much better than McDonald's! The breakfast biscuits were soft and fresh and there was so much more egg and sausage! We couldn't believe we only paid a dollar per sandwich with their morning deal! My boyfriend also tried a bigger breakfast sandwich at the regular price and he kept saying look how big this is! The staff was very friendly! We saved this location to our favorite places in St. Cloud and we will be back!

Fast service and excellent Chilli! Make St Cloud great again and tell Tim Walz the city would appreciate it if he'd spend some of our money filling in the dangerous potholes on Highway 10.
