I met with Mike Sargent to review an issue that I had with an ex-boyfriend claiming my son as a dependent. Mike had complete knowledge of IRS processes and forms. He was able to review the IRS Record of Account and confirm that my tax return was rejected due to the fraudulent tax return filed by my ex. He was personable and professional and also told me his company could help me set up an ID.me account with the IRS in order to be able to view my tax return status in real time. He provided me with everything I will need for my upcoming court date. I am eternally grateful for everything he was able to do for me!

The ordinary citizen is ill equipped to deal with big business like the IRS. We didn't know what to do when we never received our federal tax return and found out later our tax return was under investigation for fraud, scammers were trying to use our identity to claim our return as their own. Michael Sargent CPA specialist walked us through navigating the complex process of proving our identity and convincing the IRS system we were, in fact the rightful recipients of the tax return in question. We can never thank him enough for his patience and diligence as this process took almost 2 hrs. So , at the end of our appointment he was going to donate his time for doing this all, as it wasn't our fault. What a great experience, as we were at the end of our rope. We called other tax agencies and no one would take this case on . A big shout out and recognition to this organization for helping out the " little guy"

We saw Michael today and we’re incredibly impressed with his knowledge and expertise. He was apologetic when we were interrupted by another staff member asking questions for her client. However, as a teacher I was again further impressed by his knowledge.
