A wonderful team of top notch professionals! Phil and Claire were wonderful and helped our family feel supported and cared for as tenants in one of their rental properties. When we were ready to start looking to buy a house they took the time to understand our needs and helped us through each step of the home buying process. Now we are living in our dream home and we would not have been able to do with without them! I highly recommend working with Executive Realty!

We hired Phil and Nikki of Executive Realty to manage some rental properties for us. We had been doing it ourselves for years and needed to make a change for the last few years of our ownership plan. It worked very well for us. They took the pressure off for finding qualified applicants and dealing with inspections etc. Turn around time improved considerably and their marketing efforts for new tenants was significantly more than we were able to create ourselves.

We rented a place on Lake Harriet from Executive Realty, starting in August of 2020, and then liked Phil and his team so much that we decided to work with them as our real estate agents. They then helped us find our new home. We feel like they are friends now and we would highly recommend them to either renters or for people shopping for a new home. Thorough, professional, timely, responsive, and really good people! Love these guys!

Executive Realty is the firm we worked with to buy a new home in Minnetonka and rent our previous home in Bloomington. They recently helped us sell that house when we decided not to be landlords anymore.

Phil and Nikki helped us put a plan together to buy a new home at a good price towards the end of the down market in real estate. They helped us buy low and then sell high by keeping our Bloomington home where they found renters for us during a 5 year period. It enabled us to get a super deal on the home we wanted while retaining our investment in our previous home until prices caught up. We recently sold it and could not be happier with our decision to do it this way, and with the plan Executive Realty put together for us. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased my first home with the help and support of this team. They stuck with me for ONE and a HALF years while I periodically searched for homes or periodically backed off the process entirely. This is a review for Nikki, the Vice President of Operations. She has been so responsive even off hours whenever we had issues with our rental. She's been really respectful and prompt with all her responses and it's clear she cares about her job and her customers. I can't speak for the entire agency yet, but Nikki is fantastic.

The Executive Realty is professional, prompt and easy to work with! They have helped us buy and sell two houses.

I lived in their property for 5 years. Everything was ok until the last year. The heat went out mid winter, they asked me to cover it and subtract it from my rent, I did then they asked for several proofs( I guess the bill wasn't good enough) but eventually that got worked out. When we did the final walk through, I was told I'd get my deposit back because the place was so clean(which it was) then the letter came listing a bunch of lies. They claimed they paid my water bill, charged me for new carpet, painting and said there were wholes in every wall. I gave them 2 stars for the first couple of years, but would recommend you look elsewhere if you value honesty and hang pictures.

I Do not recommend this company to any one.They managed my townhouse for three years and never happy with them. At the end of the lease they did not give me the non refundable pet deposit. Micah convinced me to allow pet so I get additional income. He laid to me or mislead me. They use half of the deposit to clean and the pocked the rest that suppose to come to me.They respond email after a week or two. They never pick the office phone. I lived out of town so it was hard to switch company. Any home owner should not go though what I went though.

This company is one of the worst I have ever worked with. They will only cause you lots of stress and money in the end.
I rented a house from them and this is the shirt story of it. Moved in nothing was fixed from the walk through I did with them. They wanted 2.5 weeks to fix up the house and nothing was fixed. They didn’t even have keys for us made. I had to go make my own and took 2 months to get that money back. Washer was broken and took 3 months to get a new one in. Then the installation was crappy and it leaked. I sent in numerous requests for the house to get fixed. And to the day many of them never got fixed. We had bugs in the house and they never fixed it. Outlets with no power, broken doors and windows, lights never working, they never provided us with the furnace filters or other items they said they would provide. In the end my deposit plus my pet deposit was 2300. I got 400 back. They charged me 700 for the previous tenants bad paint job. 300 for the lawn not being mowed, 300 for items left by all tenants before us. They charged us for broken items that were broken when we moved in and when I demanded a little money back they would not give me a cent. Honestly I would never rent from them again. They don’t communicate nor get things done for you. And then they steal your money. They are a dishonest company. No one short have to put up with that.

Terrible service, particularly the owners. They were rude at every point of our contract and only did the absolute legal minimum to address each pressing concern that we had. Do not let first impressions deceive you.

Edit: To clarify my initial statement. When I mentioned "owners", I specifically meant Phil and Nikki Beaumia. They are completely unprofessional toward tenants and maintenence requests were only handled after multiple calls.

Do not use any services they provide. Phil Beaumia is the CEO and will nickle and dime everything. We had to take them to court to get out of a lease which had be falsely advertised. Do not trust them. Feel free and contact me anytime, and I will disclose any further information.
