This agency is the best in my opinion. David gave me a awesome experience with smooth transition from my former insurance to amaerican family. David, Luke and the whole staff didn’t stop there, they made discounts possible as I saved much more. Sometimes it’s not about how much but more on who, as this agency went above and beyond. I do not recommend it, wasting my money for 19 years, when I complained about a car accident which was not my fault, they never resolved anything

I have started my home insurance and Auto with Narendra in 2016 and continued till now only because of Buddy references. But several times I had poor customer services from him, but I still continued. In 2020, I asked him for a better Insurnace on Auto as I was getting very good price from other insurances but he never honored, so I moved out my auto insurance to Geico. But today I happened to see another $1600 increase through my bank in my home Insurnace which happened 10 months before when I enquired Garg. He never called me or emailed me saying, they increasing my premium this level. Currently I’m paying huge premium for my 3400 sqft house which is $4094. As a genuine customer for him, my simple expectation was a call from him before the increase of the premium. Overall he is very poor in customer service and I never recommend him for any of my friends.
